Always enjoy eating here. I appreciate they have seating upstairs and outdoor. Sometimes service is slower when busy but the staff are always nice. Parking isn't bad if you're patient or pick an off time. Glad they have a lot.

I went there yesterday to grab a couple of items to go then thought maybe I'd get an order of fries to go as well. I went to the counter where I used to place my order for years with the cook. He said something that I couldn't hear because it was so loud in the restaurant. I said again, "I'd like to order fries to go". He YELLED at me rudely to place the order "upfront". I went to the register with my 2 items and the gentleman at the register asked if there was anything else. I told him no, that I had planned on ordering fries to go, but the guy was so rude at the fryer that I had decided not to order and that I thought he needed to know. I live in the neighborhood and have frequented this place several times a month since it opened. I will not be going back until they get rid of their rude help! Can't tell you how much I've spent here over the years but I'll find another place in the neighborhood I'm sure. It's not that their food is that great. It's really not, but a convenience. I supported them greatly during the pandemic and ALWAYS have tipped graciously. Never again! I rarely, if ever, post reviews and I waited for over 24 hours before posting this. The experience had me so unnerved that I thought it deserved posting so that others that live in our neighborhood and frequent Elephants and support it should know how they value and treat their local neighbors. Not cool at all!

It's an order at the counter place. The food(burgers, pizza, soups) was very tasty. In today's price inflated world, they are in the average+ category. I would certainly go back.
Mac and cheese is described in menu as pasta in a cheese sauce with bread crumbs on top. This was inedible mushy noodles with very little cheese. Order wasn’t prepared until I walked in to ask about it.

Such a delicious burger! After spending a week up at OHSU eating pretty bad hospital cafeteria food, We were so happy to have this so close by. The fries were very good too. Just wish there had been a few more in the box.
