In order to beat Enchanted Sun's breakfast burritos you have to get a passport, either drive or fly roughly 1,200 miles south, and then cross the border. The *only* complaint I have about Enchanted Sun is that they don't have a brick and mortar shop. I would love to be able to get their burritos on a weekday!

Burritos were good, but i wouldn’t call them New Mexican breakfast burritos. There wasn’t enough green chile (I could barely taste it), no option of red chile, AND the burritos were served with salsa.

People stand through rain, 40° temps to order then wait for pickup.
They are at the Saturday PSU market and Sunday at the seasonal King neighborhood market on Sundays.

This place is definitely over-hyped. The burritos do not taste very good and are definitely not traditional. However it is convenient and nice to grab one while you're at the farmers market ?♂️. To each their own.
