The people were very friendly and enjoyable. There were a couple of minor things like the lettuce in the salad bar was turning brown. My shrimp scampi looked like it was boiled and there was much broth with the pasta.

We have been going to Ernesto's for decades. Back when I was little and it was located below Raleigh Hills Freddy's. My mom is elderly and lives near Tanasbourne. I visit her very often, and she loved Ernesto's. When I discovered that we could order Ernesto's from Grubhub, I was so excited! We have ordered many many times to have it delivered. Mostly fine. I pay the premium because my mom is in her 80's and it's a long drive. The past 6 months- on 3 separate occasions they have not delivered one of our meals. I have called Grubhub. I called to let Ernesto's know - the manager has been rude and dismissive every time. Lecturing me about how much money they lose with Grubhub (not my problem...I'm trying to give them my business). Happened for the 3rd and last time today. I called today to confirm my order and ask that they double check it gets completed properly. The lady on the phone assured me. Tonight again for the third time my salad with shrimp was completely missing. The Grubhub driver was clueless when I asked. And when I called to tell Ernesto's, again the manager at Ernesto's was so so rude....saying "I remember you...believe me I never wanted to be talking to you again." So sad. So rude. They messed up our order and I was paying. I contacted Grubhub and got a refund (for the third time). Was really trying to support a local business that has been around forever. But can't be treated that poorly. They decide to offer Grubhub...so back it up with some kindness and decency. End of an era for my family. Too much great food available to be treated like that. Sorry, Ernesto's....best of luck. Hope you do better by your customers in the future.

Always a go-to spot for us, this once lovely restaurant has struggled to recover post-covid. There has been a huge turnover in staff (we don't recognize any of the servers anymore) and the prices have skyrocketed. Still, we have felt loyal and wanted to keep coming. Last night did us in, though. Slow to be seen after seated, then ignored for a long stretch before being told the kitchen had run out of meat sauce and all dishes were delayed consequently. We sat for another 45 minutes and thought about getting up to go when our dishes arrived. No apology or discount. As long time customers we felt disrespected. There are other nicer places to go, so that's where we'll head for now. A shame.

Ordered a THAT'S AMORE and got a semi burnt COMBINATION and they forgot the mushrooms. Ordered a Ceasar Side Salad and got a Garden Side Salad ...and they didn't even include the dressing with the side salad. Um, it's not like your food is super cheap like Domino's guys. At least they got the deserts right. Sigh...*Just ordered a pizza with thin crust. They gave me regular crust. Can you please stop screwing up my order? You got great pizza but damn! Can your staff read English?

The most welcoming worm feeling of Italy restaurant. I walked into that I can remember. Anna Sophia was the perfect representative of that place.

Yall keep f'ing up my orders. Whether it's not including tomatoes and onions or making the pizza with regular crust when ordered with thin crust. Listen, take some pride in your work and tell staff to be thorough or at the very least tell staff to learn to read English. Each pizza should be inspected by staff for accuracy before handing to a customer. Your pizza is not cheap, right? You obviously don't care about customer service, your Yelp and Google reviews reflect this. You are very inconsistent and you need to take steps to ensure consistency or get out of the business.

The food was very good! I had the 1 time salad bar for my side and was disappointed in the size of my plate. They had good options on the salad bar but not enough room on my plate. Our server made sure we had full drinks and all the bread we could eat. I had the mediterranean spaghetti it was delicious. The bread was really good. I will come back for sure!

First time customer , would like to try again on a non busy day. Got my steak salad when i was paying on the way out because they forgot to bring it to me, took it home and it went bad. Threw it away. My other food was good though.

Ordered dinner through a delivery service and veggie lasagna was not cooked all the way through, had cheddar cheese on top (not in the description and I've never seen cheddar cheese on lasagna before), and was extremely salty. I wanted to love this place because they included minestrone soup and bread with entree, but the main course was less than edible.

I was really disappointed in the Alfredo. It was so bland. Unfortunately I got it to go and didn't have any salt or pepper- which was desperately needed. It was inedible. There were two mushrooms in the entire bowl and it looked like they had put about 2-3 tbsp of sauce on half of the noodles. They were fast and kind at pick up which was a positive. Complete waste of $20 though.

It is a crime for the price we paid for the quality and quanity of food we ordered. Almost $19 for a single tube of manicotti, cheesy bread with a sprinkle of shelf parmesan, and garlic bread so dry it resembled saw dust. I'm telling all of my friends and family to never visit this place. Huge waste of $90 for delivery.

JUST GO TO OLIVE GARDEN, 10x better (hard to believe right? Trust me!)Salad was the only decent thing.I got shrimp scampi and it was honestly awful. Mushrooms were super watery and soggy, not sautéed. The shrimp were tiny salad/bait shrimp. The noodles seemed overcooked. Don’t think there was even any sauce? Seemed more like liquid from the watery mushrooms than sauce. Also got a margarita pizza, but It was a cheese pizza with a slice of uncooked tomato.Husband got gnocchi. It was chewy and the sauce was not good at all.Italian soda didn’t even taste right.Spent over $100 and it was extremely disappointing.

We were hosting a family birthday and decided to order from here. It was easy to look up the menus on line (however, pricing was not up to date on the menus). We ordered a 1/2 pan of fettuccini Alfredo and two focccia wheels with Marinara sauce. When we picked up the order we were concerned it wouldn't be enough for 12-15 people as deceived. We were pleasantly surprised that it served 16 and we still had some left over. The fettuccini Alfredo was good, as expected for this type of pasta. The focaccia bread was not your typical recipe for this. Is was a lot more firm and not very soft like you'd expect. We were a little disappointed. We did serve it with their marinara sauce and the sauce was great. Overall, it was easy to order and really helped with a larger party. The pricing was probably a little higher for the 1/2 pan but it worked. Looking forward to trying to dine in.
