UPDATE*** Evergreen’s customer service has been great. They got right on looking into the matter and have refunded us for our food that day.
My husband and I both ate here yesterday afternoon. He had a bowl and I had a salad and we both got food poisoning after. I felt pretty bad quite quickly, but my husband ended up suffering the entire night. Be careful if you’re eating here around these dates (Jan7 is when we were there)

This is as great option if you are hungry at the PDX airport. I would like to say great great customer service, at first, I did not find an option that really matched my dietary habits (Low carb - Keto) so one of the guys took a catalogue they had in the store and looked for a keto salad they serve online "only", I found that so helpful that they try a little bit more to support your eating habits whatever they are. Thank you so much. The salad was great, fresh ingredients and nice size portion, I still would like to see more protein on that plate but overall was good.

I was in on Saturday, Sept. 28th towards the evening after catching a flight back into Portland and stopped in for a salad. The food itself is very good and most of the employees were very nice. There was one girl I had asked for her name afterwards and the other employee told me her name was Kayla. She was not very nice and had an attitude when I asked her about having a certain dressing. She asked me if I was blind and could I not see that wasn't an option. I apologized and explained I have impaired vision so couldn't read well without my glasses that were packed away in my luggage still. She proceeded to roll her eyes and scoff at me and hurry me along. She was very unkempt looking as well and not someone I wanted handling my food to begin with but then the attitude made it worse. I bought my salad, took a few bites and while it was good I couldn't get the taste of the bad situation to leave my mouth so I ended up throwing it away and waiting to eat once I left the airport. It's crazy how one bad employee can ruin things for one great food establishment.

We did the build your own bowls. Lots of good options - avocado, tofu, beans, hummus, veggies, pickles, clearly marked vegan sauces. Fresh, tasty, and quick! Perfect airport lunch.
