Solid coffee and great pastries from Nuvrei. Friendly people and always lively. Sometimes it gets a bit loud for conversation, but overall a nice little neighborhood coffee shop.

Great coffee, great service. I come here multiple times per month either solo or with a small group. I also buy their beans every so often. Food selection is small, but it works. Lots of cookies available as well. I love their local wall art that’s up as well. Highly recommend Extracto!

I order coffee beans from these guys every few weeks. It’s the best around town. The Guatemala and 11 of Spades are our go-tos. I showed up yesterday before they completed the order online as I was heading out of town and they got it for me. It had been delayed because he wanted me to have fresh coffee. What gems. This is a Portland coffee powerhouse. Their in-house coffee is delightful too.

Some of nicest coffee in town. Pastries are always fresh. Friendly servers and nice vibe. Outdoor seating year round. Short wait even when it’s busy.

Love this place, good coffee and food. I can usually find somewhere to sit but music and bean grinding are SO LOUD, even with noise canceling headphones, it’s hard to focus on work or reading.

Open space, cool barista’s, and this person‘s art, which is pretty cool honestly. I feel like I found a Portland Banksy. Their selection of pastries is way better than most coffee shops, and they have Bowery bagels.

We were in town for the weekend and on the hunt for a nonchain coffee spot before hitting the road...stumbled onto this gem quite by accident, what a lucky twist of fate.
Just felt comfortable walking in, the drone of the roaster running in back somehow added to the charm, maybe it was the sublime coffee.
Lovely gal running the register seemed in concert with the gentleman making the drinks...quite a pair.

Hands down best coffee on both sides of the river. Coming from a flair (mechanical press) and prosumer machine user at home. To boot, the food items from nuvrei are also proper viennoiserie…coming from a Frenchman. I buy their beans for home use and from time to time treat myself to a croissant and cap in house. Best part of the day.

This has become my new go to coffee stop on my way to work. The coffee is absolutely top notch, both drinks and beans that are sold. The atmosphere has a neighborhood vibe with big tables for hanging out or bringing your computer in to get some work done. The staff are always nice and all of the baristas are capable of making a tasty beverage for you. If you’re a coffee person then this is definitely the shop you want to hit up.
