The food is pretty decent; about what you'd expect for a chain restaurant. It's in a great location, and the food is reasonably priced for what you get.The service was really slow. We sat for about 15 minutes before anyone came to the table. After that, it was passably basic service. Nothing special, nothing terrible.The atmosphere is what you'd expect. It's loud, lots of big parties are crammed in, and there are kitschy things all over the walls. No surprises. It's exactly what you think it will be.I've gone there a couple times in the last couple years, and it's decent. I'll probably go again in another year. The food is solid, the rest is mediocre chain restaurant fare.

Mediocre chain BBQ. Tacos loaded with lettuce and slaw with very little brisket used as a topping, cold food all around, and greasy fatty ribs. Compounding this was a server of astronomical incompetence: twice questions were barely answered and then the table abandoned before we could order. Requests for extra dressing and butter were acknowledged and never fulfilled, she had to stop twice to correct a simple soda order then twice more for lemon when it was requested with the drinks. I've had better service at Burgerville. First and last time for me.

I’m rating strictly on take out. Have not been inside this location. Have ordered here 3 times through a food delivery service. We get the large combo platters. Tons of food for the $$. Brisket is great, ribs delicious. Sides very good. We always have a bunch of leftovers. A good value for the $$.Six months later, we tried it again. Totally different experience. Meager Amount of food. Dry and cold. Not at all the same as the first. Very disappointing.

Hadn't been to one of these BBQ locations since I left Colorado Springs 4 years ago. It definitely has changed a bit from what I remember, service was fantastic, food and drinks were fantastic, the made in house BBQ potato chips were good but a bit to crunchy. The made in house St.Louis ribs were perfect! They provide a 10% military discount as well. So I had two sweet teas, a full rack of St.Louis ribs, 11 wings, with a house salad and a small bowl of potato salad all for $55, plus tip and I brought 2/3 of it back home.Kid-friendliness: They've got booths, chairs and tables, high chairs and picnic tables to eat atWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spaces and entrance doors for handicap people are available
