Found the coffee to be extremely acidic and the food wasn’t great for the price. The arepa is also very much not an arepa.

Steph the manager is great. Super knowledgeable about coffee. They have made me a regular. I have been coming for about a year and a half most mornings and the staff is consistently respectful and talented. Current heroes are Carlee, Mani, Rae, Noir and Greta. They are all awesome. And super nice to my dog.

Stephanie, the manager of this place is a godsend. The coffee here is perfection and she trains the staff for consistency. My only concern is staffing. Many times lately just one person. That's rough for all concerned

fantastic matcha

Spectacular Coffee Roaster! They are on our recurring rotation of where we pick up whole beans from. They never disappoint, and the end products are always a delight. They also are on a mission for regenerative farming and doing good.
The café has a great vibe with indoor and outdoor seating options. The service is always friendly and welcoming. Don't sleep on this spot! So happy to have them in our neighborhood, they are a great addition to the North Montavilla neighborhood - been holding down the corner for about 4 years I think.

Great coffee, good breakfast sandwiches and scones and they're open most holidays. INCREDIBLY unfriendly staff. It's a bummer, because when Freedom and Lilly were here it was a fun, friendly environment, now the staff is borderline mean. They act like they're doing you a favor by serving you. The food menu was developed by Lilly and was unique and diverse, now it's paired down to the 3 sandwiches, no salads, no lunch.

Bagels were great but the matcha was not.. It was water and lacked all matcha flavor. Definitely needs better ratios.

I keep coming back to this coffee shop because the baristas are super cool. I'm hoping if I buy enough coffee and leave enough pokemon cards, they'll want to be my friend.

Love this place. Great service. Great lighting and seating. Baristas were attentive, knowledgeable, and fashionable. Definitely recommend if you want good drinks and service.

Great coffee- so good I stayed for a second one! I had a Cortado and a pour over. Knowledgeable barista that helped me select a coffee fir the pour over. The pumpkin donut was amazing!
