Fresh, high quality food. My wife LOVED the fried goat cheese and I thoroughly enjoyed every last bite of my speck, even after sharing two appetizers and the autumn salad. Portions were generous. We had a lovely two top next to the outdoor fireplace. Staff was professional and helpful. Only downside is the location right on busy Vaughn, but the outdoor seating is thoughtfully organized to feel warm and secluded.

Fillmore Trattoria was a perfect place to enjoy dinner with our son in Portland when we visited. This is a cute trattoria and has a great menu and wine offerings. The calamari was prepared perfectly and the eggplant parm was delicious.

The staff and chef were absolutely very accommodating and the food was delicious! I will definitely return soon.

Frequent diner at this excellent restaurant. I always enjoy the food. Wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

Delicious eggplant parmigiana, great seating outside on the patio, and the menu has several vegetarian items. We love it there. Enough to become members.

I have been a few times and always enjoy it. The menu seems to have shrunk both literally and figuratively. Not as many options as before but still good.

We had an amazing experience here for our wedding dinner we had almost 30 people in the main room. Everything from the service, food, drinks and preparation was stress free. I highly recommend this restaurant. Great for any occasion. PERFECTION..!!!

We dined on the patio which is nice, but small. Table and street noise are both to be expected. Food and service were good, a little pricy.

Love the wait staff - very accommodating! We're older and had difficulty with the noise level (from patrons). Some acoustic tiles in the ceiling might help! :-) We'll absolutely come back and try for an outdoor table.

This was a last resort. I was meeting someone from out of town and needed to eat dinner near where their hotel was. There was parking across the street at a business. Sold.

$16 for a Cesar salad. I think there were a few bacon bits. The waiter did say it was large and easy to share between us. So sure we did that. Ice water and a $5 lemonade. No free refill. Extra .50 for flavoring. Did come with a lemon slice.

Was checked if we wanted more but pretty much ignored.

Asked if we had a reservation. There were a lot of empty tables. Really?

Not sure I'd go out of my way to go back and try their limited menu. I hope the locals enjoy.

This is such a great little Italian restaurant. The food was delicious. We had the bruschetta and I had avocado penne. My husband had a fish dish, I can’t remember what it was, but he loved it. It’s a lovely atmosphere inside, airy and relaxing. There is an outdoor seating area and an enclosed outdoor area. The service was great. This place is best for groups of 2 or 4 but could seat slightly larger as well. We walked in on a Thursday night without reservations.

Fillmore Trattoria is one of my favorite restaurants in Portland! I have been coming here for several years and I have to say that they have the best eggplant parmesan in Portland. It is wonderful as is every dish that has been tried. It is a small restaurant with some outside seating and a small bar. The staff has been there long term and they are knowledgeable and eager to serve. I always recommend this place to visitors and will, of course, return soon.

We had been before and had a great experience, not as much this time. We started with the fried goat cheese balls with caramelized onions, and the filet bites and chips. The cheese balls were ok, but the filet was tough and kind combined oddly with the chips. I had the lamb chops with fries as my entree and only ate one of the two. It was tough and mostly fatty. The fries were really good. Had we not had such a great experience the first time we'd gone, I'd probably never go back, but I may try it again. I don't mind spending $$$$ for a meal, but hate when the food leaves me disappointed. This food left me disappointed.

I have been coming to Fillmore Trattoria since Day One. It's my go-to, my favorite dining experience. I love everything about it!

All courses were solid, especially my pasta entre. What was disappointing was the service. It was a bit slow, but more concerning, not particularly friendly.
