Service was great! The restaurant was nice. The food was okay. Nothing unpalatable. The eggplant parmigiana was ok. The chicken in the chicken parmesan with mushrooms was over cooked.
Eggplant for eggplant parmigiana should be sliced thinner and or have the water drawn out with salt better. It felt under done because it was too thick or had too much water in it, maybe a little under cooked, too. Red sauce was great.
The tiramisu was also ok. I would take away the chocolate pieces and improve the mascarpone cream. Didn't really taste espresso or coffee in it. The lady fingers were more soggy when they should be a syrupy. Prices were a little crazy for the quality. From a Brooklyn / NJ gal.

Food was good but the price of the chef's selection of the day (not announced on the menu) left us surprised... A bit pricey generally.

We dined here on Sunday night August 18. It was a beautiful summer evening. We ate on the patio. The place had a nice romantic vibe. Lots of couples having a nice time. Our server, Emma, was very nice. We started with the the bruschetta and insalata Verdura. The bruschetta was pretty good but the salad was so bland. My mother makes better salad dressing than that. My husband had the prawns Verdura. It was very good. I had eggplant Parmesan. The eggplant was delicious, but there was no sauce on the linguini. I thought that was strange so I asked for sauce. I waited 5 minutes or so and Emma came by to ask if I had received the sauce. I said no. She went over to the kitchen, asked for sauce and had to stand there and wsit for a good 2 minutes for someone to hand her sauce. They weren't very busy. We thought this was peculiar. I don't know if they were short handed or what. Their sauce was good by the way. Not sure if we'll go back. We just felt sorry for Emma, so we tipped her well.

Let me start by saying the food is perfect, absolutely delicious. Service is also fantastic.

I'm giving a 4 only because I have to remove a star for wheelchair accessibility. The ramp is fairly steep, they don't have parking so you might have to park around the block, and the hallway for the bathroom is narrow, bathroom is single occupant and that's a bonus for me it did have space but could only fit a slim wheelchair through the door.

Parking: No parking lot, Street parking is paid with the Parking Kitty App.

Wheelchair accessibility: Steep ramp does have bars, thin doorway entrance on the ramp. Bathroom hallway also narrow but did accommodate my Lightweight manual thin wheelchair.

We had a private event at the Fillmore Trattoria and we're very pleased with the hospitality, service, and quality of food. The owner chatted with us and we felt so welcomed and treated. The mushroom bruschetta, sausage stuffed mushrooms, and meatballs were among the standouts!

If you close at 9pm your hours should reflect that instead of 10pm, or maybe there was a more pressing reason why my partner and I was turned around at 8:50pm.

Always one of my favorite Westside Italian eateries. The food is always fresh and excellent, the service friendly, and the setting cozy.
