Best Poke in Portland and one of my favorite restaurants. Everything on the menu is delicious and you can taste how fresh the ingredients are. The staff is always friendly. Highly recommend this place.

I genuinely love how they prep and serve food to customers. Quality foods neatly served on delicate and aesthetic plates. I could definitely tell how this experience going to unfold even before taking my first bite by seeing how English cucumbers are sliced and cut in uniform size, Toro nigiri blow torched at spot-on texture. not to mention those snowpeak mugs and seat cushions. Ambience, service 5/5 stars, last but not least the food.
