Seared Toro Nigiri
Two pieces of seared fatty tuna
Salmon Kama
Roasted salmon collar topped with eel sauce. Served with chef's salad (mixed greens, cucumber, carrot, red onion, bell pepper, tomato, sesame Vinnie), and side of white rice. Contains bones. Takes 20 minutes to roast! Ordering might make your wait time higher!
Deluxe Chirashi
12 pieces chef sashimi selection served on a bed of premium sushi rice. Topped with Dungeness crab, salmon roe, picked real wasabi, and tamago. No substitutions or special requests.

Steamed Dumplings
Chicken or vegetable based, sesame Vinnie, fermented soybean chile oil (not spicy!), and scallions.
Steamed Edamame
Choice of salt. Gluten-free, vegan.
Miso Soup
White miso, silken ota tofu, wakame, and scallion. Gluten-free, vegan.

Cucumber and sesame seeds. Gluten-free, vegan.
Spam Musubi
Spam, rice, and nori. Gluten-free. Add avocado or crab salad for an extra cost.

Iceberg lettuce, cucumber, red bell pepper, carrot, edamame, and ginger dressing. Gluten-free, vegetarian.
Sunomono
Cucumber, wakame, kaiso, vinegar, radish sprouts, ground sesame. Gluten-free, vegan. Add Dungeness crab (gluten-free) for an extra cost.

Best Poke in Portland and one of my favorite restaurants. Everything on the menu is delicious and you can taste how fresh the ingredients are. The staff is always friendly. Highly recommend this place.

I'm Marlo 8 years old the food was amazing it tasted fresh and delicious the service was really nice the people were kind and generous to us the place is quiet and peaceful the video games were functional it was a great experience.
