I came to eat here because I thought Five Guys would be good. Don’t get me wrong, the food was okay, but it was really soggy, and the customer service was awful. The place was even worse, as soon as I walked in I had cleaned my table and it was very dirty, I would recommend if you come eat here to bring your own wipes to clean the table!

Such a fun dining experience! All the staff I have encountered on my visits have been great and very nice! The lady manager is Ashly she has Ben there every visit of mine for months I com every Thursday night and always is bright and smiling , I watched her have nobody working with her all alone and now a bunch of people working with her and her service never changes, smile, happy, energetic and my food is excellent each and every time. I will keep being a lifetime Thursday night customer as long as she is there!

I'm a portlander, I've never been to this famous establishment, so I thought I'd check it out.
They are service dog friendly, they may be pet friendly as well, my SD does not wear a vest.
The staff was nonchalant, it felt like overdoing the vibe somewhere between Jimmy John's and Firehouse. The food is nowhere near that quality, it wad actually pretty terrible, we were nauseous for days. The fries tasted good. The burgers were like discount patties at your grandparents BBQ with melty cheese. Taste of long John silvers with the effect of taco bell.
I didn't care for how the staff member addressed me, it was a strange experience. Won't return.

No one wahses their hands. No one cares. Food is always wrong. Worst five guys out there! Honestly should just shut this location down. It’s a very bad representation for five guys standard. Use this location as a reference to other bad business out there bc this one is failing horribly.

All food was super fresh, and the workers were very friendly. Best burger I’ve had from five guys in years!

The food was as normally expected at a 5 guys, but they were slow, seemed a little disorganized and the dining area had messy table tops and food stuff all over the floors. I had to clear a table myself to eat.

usually five guys is a regular favorite, but I was off put today by a (presumably) manager talking loudly on his phone while pacing around the entire dining area. The food was not as good as usual and I dont know whether it was my own inability to enjoy it with pacing going on or whether the cooks were understandably a little off their game with a manager behaving so rudely and oddly.

Ordered online and arrived after 10 minutes. Ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes because my order got lost in the shuffle during a rush. There didn’t seem to be any urgency or system in place to keep things running smoothly—just a lot of confusion behind the counter. I waited at the counter and no one came to help. The food was good, but the overall experience wasn't great.

I came in about 25 minutes before closing. They were completely dead. They had no customers at all. But, what impressed me so much was how amazing clean and polished everything was! They were going to town cleaning the place! Good food, good service, and people who pay attention to important details. 👍👍
Abysmal service.
I placed my order online half an hour before coming into the store. It took another 15 minutes after I came to pick up my order: they hadn’t even started it.
Staff was very unconcerned, and just stood there looking at me for half of the time I was in the shop. No other orders to fill, no other customers in the store.
I was late for work because of lazy staff 2 decided to take 3 times as long as normal to fill an order.
Don’t give this location your business. Go across the street to Jimmy John’s.
And fire the workers who stood there doing nothing for close to 40 minutes.

Came to pick up a DoorDash order, food was not even started being prepared upon arrival. Was told the order would be out in 8 minutes and I proceeded to wait for about 30 meanwhile all the employees were being chatty having non work conversation, taking breaks and training all at the same time. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the pileup of customers coming in following myself all to receive worse wait times asking how long I’ve had to wait so far debating just canceling their orders.

your door hinges are stuck, try lubricating them with WD-40 or a similar lubricant, and then gently tapping the hinge pins to free them. If that doesn't work, you may need to remove the door and clean the hinges, or even shim them if they're misaligned.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of what you can do:
1. Lubricate the Hinges:
Apply Lubricant: Spray WD-40 or another lubricant onto the hinge pins and the hinge itself.
Let it Soak: Allow the lubricant to penetrate for at least 15 minutes.
Try Tapping: Gently tap the bottom of the hinge pins with a screwdriver and hammer to help them pop out.
Open and Close the Door: Opening and closing the door can help distribute the lubricant.
2. Remove the Hinge Pins (If Necessary):
Relieve Pressure: If the pin is stuck, try to relieve the pressure on the hinge by lifting the door handle or wedging a book or piece of wood under the door to slightly lift it.
Tap with a Hammer: Gently tap the hinge pin with a hammer or mallet to loosen it.
Use a Nail as a Punch: If you're having trouble, use a 16d nail as a makeshift punch to tap the pin out.
Clean and Polish: Once the pin is loose, clean it with a brush and solvent, let it dry, and gently polish the surface with fine sandpaper.
Lubricate: Lightly coat the hinge pin with petroleum jelly or another lubricant.
3. Address Misalignment or Binding:
Tighten Screws:
Ensure all hinge screws are tight.
Adjust Hinges:
If the door is sticking, the hinges might be slightly out of alignment. Try gently repositioning the hinges.
Shim the Hinges:
If the door is binding, you may need to add shims between the hinge and the frame to push the door away from the frame.
Check for Obstructions:
Make sure there are no obstructions, like debris or paint, that are causing the door to stick.
4. Other Potential Issues:
Broken Hinge: If a hinge is broken, you may need to replace it.
Stripped Screw Holes: If the screw holes are stripped, you may need to use longer screws or install a new hinge.
Door Swelling: If the door is sticking due to swelling from humidity, you may need to plane or sand the door to fit the frame.
This video demonstrates how to remove a door from its hinges:
