Went there a few times because their pizza is great, always has been. Unfortunately their Customer Service isn't so great. I would expect that when I walk into a business, someone would acknowledge me. NOPE NOT EVEN THE CASHIER. Wait a second someone did say hi, it was a customer walking out the door.

If you can’t even take the phone call and properly, ask me to hold on then you don’t deserve my business! I don’t know if like their phones broken, but I’ve called twice now and it sounds like the guy says hold and then just puts me on the counter. That’s completely disrespectful. You guys have gone downhill. This is like the third issue I’ve had with communication with this place.!!
