Flying Pie Pizzeria is hands down the best pizza joint in Portland, Oregon! Nestled in the heart of the city, this hidden gem serves up some of the most delicious and authentic pizzas you'll ever taste.I recently had the pleasure of trying their pizzas, and let me tell you, each slice was a slice of heaven. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generously piled on. Every bite was a burst of mouthwatering flavors that left me craving more. What sets Flying Pie Pizzeria apart from the rest is their commitment to quality. They use the finest ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible, to create pizzas that are truly exceptional. The attention to detail and passion for their craft shines through in every pie they serve. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make dining at Flying Pie Pizzeria a truly enjoyable experience. Whether you're a local or just passing through Portland, this is a must-visit spot for pizza lovers. Trust me, once you try their pizzas, you'll be hooked!Flying Pie Pizzeria has definitely earned its reputation as the best pizza in Portland, and I can't wait to return for more of their mouthwatering creations.

Awesome pizza and calzones on a par with what I used to get at Abby's in Oregon City before we lost them shortly after the skating rink closed late 80s early 90s. Great enthusiastic friendly staff management and owners love it.Parking: Usually a space or two for parallel and a large lot down the alley behind the academy theater that is available after vinge sheet metal closesWheelchair accessibility: Power door wide doorways and accessible bathroom

Great food and amazing atmosphere for all ages. Also the calzones are good and filled filled with meat if you choose it.
True Portland experience with great service! Ready made salad is enough for two. The pizza was fantastic with jumbo topping and a crispy outside crust. Lunch time you can get slices at a great price while enjoying the sunshine at the Saturday market ?. Well worth the walk on the weekends, parking is limited to on street.

My favorite pizza in the world. I've been eating at this joint since I discovered it in the 1994. As a world traveler I enjoy eating at the best restaurants but Flying Pie tops my pizza list because of their quality pepperoni, seasoning and especially their sausage. That's one ingredient that varies greatly at pizzerias. It can range from looking and tasting like ground hamburger to chunks of spicy Italian sausage. Flying Pie is the latter. This is not a polite pizza. It's bold and badass. Decent beer selection. The wine is fairly pedestrian. PRO TIP: They have slices at lunch time. Parking can be very challenging. Check out my profile for more great eateries and cocktail bars. ✌?✌?
