Fue una experiencia no muy agradable por el servicio es muy malo pides cosas y nunca te las traen tardan demasiado la comida es buena nada spectacular pero pasan seguido a tu mesa afreciendote carnes

We had great service and were seated close to the salad bar, which we enjoyed. Plus the coat was very reasonable! We will be back.

We've been here so many times before everything was great. The food was good but service was not that great last night. We barely had anyone came to check on us if we needed anything else. A manager did came by and got us the cut of meat we wanted and that's was it. The server who came to our table after we sat down was not very good, it feels like she didn't want to be there. She was quick to take our order and left. At the end of the night, waiting for our check too so long. Not one serve stop by after seeing our empty table. Another manager got our check and just flop it on the table and left without saying and took forever for anyone to come back to grab the check from us. A nice guy server who was helping a table next to us took care of us after seeing that we're ready to leave. Over all experience last night was minimal compared to previous visit. I'm a little disappointed since we do go here a handful of times a year

This was our first time there and it didn't disappoint! The food was amazing and never ending. Each dish was unique and delicious!! We will definitely be back

All your team members were very pleasant. From the moment we were greeted and checked in and throughout our meal, all of your team members were very attentive and gracious. I have three teenage sons. They are all athletes. We try to visit at least once a month. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

Lack of staff seemed to be the issue and perhaps lack of meat. We asked several times for more meat and no one came. The server kept offering dessert and we kept asking for more meat. It was really odd and out of character for this place. We were pretty bummed at the lack of service and food. Hopefully it was just a bad night!

Servers were friendly and food was excellent, especially when compared to other buffet options.

Got seated about 20 minutes after our reservation, but beyond that zero complaints. Service was great, Market Table was good, the variety of table side carved meats was top notch, especially the filet. 10/10 will be back.

Party of 7. Had a reservation for 7:15pm, got to the restaurant 10 mins before and was seated at 7:40. Wait time for big parties is ridiculous in my opinion, especially if having a reservation & receiving a call to confirm.

I didn't like it, the table was booked for 8:00 PM, you have to wait 30 minutes for the reservation, the waiters with meat pass by the table

It is to loud for the price, experience is amazing but the ambiance is loud and un-relaxing i expected a relaxing time to enjoy my company but i understand it

Overall, we had a pleasant experience. Excellent waitstaff, delicious drinks, appetizers were tasty. Unfortunately, our location next to the buffet (specifically the plates and sterno heated pans) was undesirable for a romantic evening meant to celebrate. We were also unimpressed with the meat selections- just not too our personal liking. Chicken was VERY salty. However, we'd absolutely return for cocktails and appetizers, hopefully in a better location.

Reservations are not what you would expect. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes beyond your reservation time. Open Table should really re-evaluate whether this restaurant belongs on its platform since it does not actually have the table available at the reservation time.

General food (meat, salad bar) good, but service slow, not having one item available ( bone in ribeye, no sub), coffee old and cold, no real sugar and service very slow. Disappointed....

First time eating here (lunch) for my belated birthday celebration and it did not disappoint! Our server was very attentive and kind. I believe Kylie is her name. The full Churrasco Experience is worth the money! All the amazing meats you can eat, plus the big market table/salad bar! My family will come back for my Dad's birthday!
