A few food trucks, but not as much variety as I had hoped. Some trucks offer the same type of food. We enjoyed the food, even though the fries were undercooked. Greek, Indian, Italian, and Mexican cuisine available, along with a sushi truck.
Chicken tikka masala: awesome
Beef fajita from Villa Nuevo: some of the worst food I've ever had; pieces were literally inedible, and the rest was flavorless. Avoid that particular food truck!

So many options!! How to choose or make up your mind. I ended up going with the classic greek gyro and it was worth every penny! Go check it out especially with these nice summer evenings. Cheers!
