I've come in there several times . Never really feeling comfortable because most of the employees are busy visiting with regulars and people they know They might offer you something to drink once in a while. Until ERICKA !!! She gives excellent customer service (this 5 star rating is for her) I was in there the other day and she was calling every single person by name. She us wonderful. You are very lucky to have her as an employee. I hope your paying her a decent wage because if not I would snatch her up in a heartbeat . She gives excellent customer service. I guarantee you that she is what brings alot of your business in. Thank you Erika for making me feel welcome!
