Been buying the gluten free bread for a few months. It’s almost 7 dollars and the loaf is small and inconsistent. The pieces they cut are uneven with some being really small and some being bigger and or thicker.
Love this place! Great prices and super fresh bread—it’s baked right next door! Always fun to check out the deals along the back wall. Shopping local done right!

The cashier in there is really really really rude to people I wouldn't recommend going in there.

I love this place! Always good prices, and the epitome of shopping local since the bread is baked right next door! Special deals along the back wall.

Having 2 kids, access to inexpensive good bread is a must. I stock up about once every 2 weeks depending on the selection available and put it all in our deep freeze until we need it. For all you frugal folks out there this is a must.

Great serve, great products and very helpful staff.
What a great store, great prices, senior and veteran day on Wednesday I think. Michelle Dr was a great help telling me things about the store and suggestions on what to try or she liked. I will be back with this kind of help from Michelle.
We love the Franz outlet. I come her as often as I can.
a childhood favorite raspberry filled doughnuts now have 50% less filling. so disappointed in this. I know times are hard, but I would pay more to have them like they were.
Go smell the air around it

Frank Bakery has the. Best gluten free bread I’ve ever had! Awesome customer service! Thank you for solving my problem! Peggy
I would love to give the Franz Bakery Outlet 5 stars. The prices are okay, but along the back wall is where the deals are. It's usually an assortment of bread, doughnuts, cookies, and specialty breads that have expired that day. So when you buy off the back wall, you'll never get stale items.
The reason for only 3 stars is because of their employee Donna, who was working February 25th at 1:45 pm, and she's worked many times when I've shopped there on other weekday afternoons. She's rude, and she always treats me like I'm an idiot. Like today, I went in to grab some cherry pies, but they were out. I said something like, " Man, those cherry pies are popular. I was in here yesterday, and I should have bought more. Donna told me very condescendingly that the pies were gone yesterday, so I said it must have been the day before. She rudely told me it was Saturday because she remembered me. But it was the way she was looking at me when she said it. Like I was dumb or stupid because I couldn't remember what day I'd been in the store. I was just diagnosed with ADHD at 46 years old. Plus, I've always had problems with my memory. This employee Donna didn't say, "Thank you, and have a nice day." To me, but she sure did say it to each person in a group of 4 tĥat made a purchase after me.
I really don't know what I did to Donna that made her dislike me so much. I really hope that Franz's HR Department has a little one-on-one with her. She doesn't deserve to work there.

The selection was a little small. But mostly the prices didn't seem that much cheaper than the grocery store.
