Best greasy spoon! Great value. Only thing I'd change is maybe making the lights slightly less white/bright.

Decent food. The guy was a little aggressive Abt my friend bringing in her coffee. (No outside drinks)

Established in 1947, this beautiful gem in downtown Portland is a full counter dining experience. It moved to it's current location in 1960, but still maintains that 1940s feel. Breakfast and lunch are served, complete with bottomless cups of joe. This is a locals favorite. The food is tasty, customer service and atmosphere is amazing. So, if you want a taste of old school with good people, food and atmosphere, stop in, grab a stool and enjoy! Bon Appe'tit!

Truly a quintessential 1940s all counter service diner. I wasn't sure if I should give it five stars or four stars but the 4.5 rating seems correct. Very clean and friendly place with competent everything and fairly low prices. You can get out of here for under $20 with a main, a side order, a drink, and tip. Safe place to get eggs, bacon, hash browns, french fries, boring old school sandwiches, huevos rancheros, and omelettes. Don't expect to be whisked back to a bygone era where everything was better. But I enjoyed it! (If you are a bit more of a hipster foodie looking for peak yumminess, Good music, and maybe a cocktail then go to Stepping Stone Cafe).

Room for improvement. Very cool, retro diner with bright lights and snake bar. This place could be a spectacular part of the neighborhood with a little more love for the food. I love fast & cheap greasy spoons, but meet the expectations. Be cheap. If you're going to give me straight from the bag white toast, a smaller than usual portion of potatoes, and a mid omelette, then be cheap! You can't leave this place without spending $20/person, so improve something: portion, quality, presentation. John's Cafe 3 blocks away sells the same food with larger portions for almost HALF the price.

As a longtime Portland resident, this was my first visit to Fuller’s, and I loved it. Classic old-school diner feel with incredibly welcoming staff—they made me feel like a regular right away.

The food is exactly what you want from a diner, but the bacon biscuits and gravy were next level. I’d never had a bacon-based gravy before and now I’m wondering why more places don’t do this. Endless coffee was a big plus.

Prices feel like what you’d expect to pay years ago, which is refreshing for the Pearl. Great location near Powell’s, music at the perfect volume, and genuinely friendly staff. I can easily see myself becoming a regular.

Thank you Amy!!

Such a lovely experience at breakfast. Customer service was lovely, atmosphere is warm and welcoming! The place is pretty small so be willing to wait. Business is barstool seating with only 28 spots.

Was walking by and saw their sign for the 5$ burger lunch special. Popped in and it’s a typical diner but off the bat I was greeted with smiles and one of the line cooks offered to stow my luggage in the back! Waitress was super friendly, and vast majority of the menu is under 10$.

Good mix of folks from young couples to older regulars, the staff chatted them all up. Food was simple and honest. Nothing fancy or pushing the limits but the fact it’s all priced extremely fairly and comes out fast can’t be beat, a big relief compared to all the social media hype places in the surrounding Pearl.

I’m going to come back for breakfast, and I could see this being a regular spot if I lived in the area. Fullers seems like it’s an anchor in the neighborhood where everyone can come get good food and gather. It’s more than a diner, it’s part of the community.

Amy is a ray of sunshine in the morning. Also- love her music selection. One of the last OG Portland holdouts that has blue collar prices for classic breakfast. Long live Fuller’s
