Your "summer menu" not only gets rid of some of the old favorites ... it takes away the protein, which means you're effectively raising prices. For example, my old favorite (the Northwest Bowl) used to be $9 for a bowl, $11 for a bushel (the default protein was tofu but you were allowed to swap - which I always thought was great - so I'd get chicken). I ordered the salad that seemed to be most similar to it today (Trailhead), for $10.50 the bushel - BUT NO...
Question, can folks who make salads be artists? Answer, at Garden Bar; YES! Big fan of Garden Bar, great food, fresh and made to order. That being said, I am a bigger fan of the great folks who work there. They are always so nice, patient and happy! A special shout out to Christian, Tanner and Ruben. They are fantastic at what they do, true salad specialists!
Salads are king! This place is good but watch out you can get a little crazy with the toppings and spend all your monies haha well worth it though! They also offer reusable salad containers that you can bring in when you come.
