Loved this place! I was craving a big and yummy (but still healthy) salad and this checked all the boxes. You order off an iPad and it lets you customize everything, which I appreciated. I asked for no tomatoes and the staff asked if it was for an allergy. It wasn’t but made me think they would be careful about any allergies.

On the hunt for the best chicken caeser wrap. The ingredients were good and very fresh but not mixed well so the first half of the wrap had no dressing or chicken. No croutons in the wrap either which is my favorite part of a good caeser wrap. The hunt continues.

My husband and I both were craving salads and this place really hit the spot. We both got the half sized vegan Paul Bunyan salads with vegan chicken. It was huge and packed with flavor. The chicken was fantastic and reminded me of grilled blackened chicken. The potatoes and ranch were filled with flavor. It was really excellent. The portion was so large we both had a lot left over.
This is a food truck. The choices were great for salads. They used grass fed beef and organic greens. There are picnic tables if you'd like to eat there.

They didn’t even mix my salad. Kind of hard to eat it. I don’t have a separate mixing bowl. Don’t order a full. It’s just full of lettuce and not the other goodies. Very disappointing.
