Little did I know that there were actually builders out there that do such custom work. I'd been told by companies that they have standard ways of doing this, standard ways of doing that... Thank you Alex build me nice money making machine!No one really knows how to build ramen trailer, some of the manufacturers said no to me, but Alex and his guys willing to try. They spend days and days to discuss details plans and equipment to make sure I get the most functional easy operate ramen trailer.It comes with Cummins propane generator with super low noises and hooked with 2*100 lbs propane tanks. In this case I don't have to feed oil to generator don't have to worry about the black smok from regular generator. Thanks again for the smart idea.AC costs only few hundred bucks extra, it worth for the money, all my guys like that idea.After one year, it still like brand new. Highly recommended Global Food Truck LLC, if you are looking for a food trailer or food truck.BTW, compare to other manufacturers, the price is really fair, no hidden fees.
