Popped in on my way up in a long drive to seattle from LA, exhausted, hungry, decided to purchase their focaccia which is delicious but asked if they could heat it up and they said they can’t because it’s “outside food” even thought I purchased it- something they themselves made and packaged in their store? We ordered the most delicious gluten free cake for my sister and niece (both have Celiac disease.) We ordered a custom chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream frosting. SO NICE to not have to worry about any cross contamination - the cake was a huge win for our party! My sister and niece can't wait to try more gluten free items from Gem!
The pastries and cakes are incredibly delicious. I have ordered two cakes, one for a baby shower and one for a birthday, both have looked stunning and tasted delicious. Their quiches, especially the vegan quiche, are fantastic. I cannot compliment this bakery enough!
