Went to LGBTQ comedy night. They had only one female performer yet they had enough room for two self proclaimed straight dudes? Ok… this is Portland pride show right? Also when I called to ask what time the show started the bartender answered the phone and said the doors open at 7, and when I asked specifically what time the show started (because it was already 7:14 and I didn’t want to drive all the way there just to miss half the show if it actually starts at 7) he didn’t answer and hung up on me. I thought it was an accident but when I called again and said, hey I think the call dropped… he literally assured me that he purposely hung up on me because he had work to do? Like ok, I get it, I used to waitress but… it’s a Monday night and you’re telling me your so busy that you can’t even do me the courtesy of putting me on hold or just communicating that now is not a great time? Ehhh, alright I guess. I’ll probably not go back. But at the very least I will say this, 10 dollars for a comedy show isn’t a bad deal… and 3 of the 6 comics were funny, but maybe work on representation. And when considering how many amazing places there are in Portland to spend your time and money at, this place doesn’t cut it for me.

Had a great graduation night. The staff were friendly, the food delicious, and the tea plentiful. (Yes, they serve tea!)

The bouncer is always very rude about out of state id’s. As it may seem that they are fakes we are all recent grads trying to enjoy our last summer in Portland. My friend came up to the bouncer and she was adamant that her Michigan ID was fake. She didn’t have her passport on her (of course cause why would I plan to also have another scan available) and was told to leave. This has happened multiple times. So unless you have an Oregon license consider going to another club.

Very chill place. It was a random pick that we took a chance on. Played some billiards. Great music selection. Got some drinks. A lot of cool art on the wall. I ordered the Breakfast Nachos and they were awesome. Definitely hit the spot for a late night snack. If I lived closer,.I'd probably make it over here more often. But def. Recommend checking this place out. They have live music as well, but not the night we stopped in. Thank You

The bouncer is always so mean whenever I have been there and always trying to catch my friends with fake ids-everyone I’ve ever been there with is over 21. Last night, my friend came with a legal Michigan ID and they would not let her in despite our insistence that the ID was real and they get someone else to check it. Don’t come here unless you come with a scan of your passport on hand and are prepared for the bouncer to possibly be an asshole to you.

Lots of pool tables upstairs! Trippy art for sale all around the bar. Drinks were good and not lightly poured. Got some chicken tenders and fries after a few drinks and wow they were delicious! Downstairs had a $10 cover that didn’t seem to be worth it after I got in. The music was 70s and 80s themed which is good if you’re into that but not the easiest to dance to

Portland's FUNKIEST basement! Good sound and lights, GREAT live dance music. Fair cover charge to see some of Portland's best local live bands. Local Art shows hosted upstairs with food and drinks.

One of the few places I absolutely MUST visit every time I return to Portland. Goodfoot's Soul Stew is the most fun I ever have dancing. Thank you for being you, Goodfoot; I miss you all the time ♥️

Very friendly bartenders good vibes. Pool tables are in good shape and usually packed with friendly people. Definite new favorite spot to shoot pool

Friendly staff (especially for a bar), artwork on wall, FOUR pool tables, and plenty of seating. Basic bar food if needed.

Downstairs (enter on corner) is the DJ and dance floor. Pretty popular Soul music on Friday and other genres on other nights. Also have a great ginger infused whisky (Makers).
