Put in a complain on the website wanting to get my money back, and I’ve heard nothing. I have ordered very good food from different restaurants at this location before, but buyer beware - if you have an issue you will have no recourse, or ability to procure a refund. You’ll just be SOL. To Grand Ave Food Co - I’ll remove or improve this review if you can get around to refunding me for order #6oibq placed on 10/07/2024

Ordered from Dumpling Boys and it’s some of the best Chinese takeout I’ve had here. Curry dumplings were unique, pork dumps were in a yummy tangy slightly spicy sauce, crab rangoons were stuffed with filling, and the chow mein was just how I like it.

Ordered from The Dumpling Boys. Food tasted fresh and high quality. I ordered the Chong Qing Hot Chicken, Spicy Crispy Fish, and crab puff. Everything was flavorful with a nice kick of spicy that doesn’t completely numb your tongue. The Chong Qing Chicken was the most addictive. Would definitely recommend this place and come back for future meals.

It's a cool cart-like place where you can place orders for food using electronic devices either online or at the location, with a lot of different genres of food from Korean to Nigerian to Italian and others in between. You can eat right outside of the location, with limited picnic tables, or take it somewhere else. The waiting area is clean and spacious, well-decorated in case you do need to wait for your food.
Parking: It's next to a busy road so it can be a bit tricky to find parking. Plus you have to pay for it.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Smile Thai at grand ave food is disgusting I ordered salmon teriyaki the vegetables tasted like they microwaved frozen carrots and broccoli, and the salmon was atrocious. It tasted like fake rubber I’ve never ate or attempted to eat genetically modified food and I’m 100 percent sure that’s what this stuff is I could even finish half of it the salmon was rubbery and thick didn’t even have the texture of fish. The best part of the teriyaki bowl was the white rice. I will never order from here again I have no idea how they have such high ratings in Uber eats but be warned don’t do it not worth it! The price is expensive for literally fake food.

I've delivered for many of the restaurants in Grand Ave Food Co., but tonight was the first time ordering something myself.
The ordering process was pretty simple and straightforward and the fact you can order from more than one kitchen, but still have the convenience of a single bill is a great feature.
My wife and I had Beau Thai. The food was excellent and the portion size for the price was reasonable. I would have liked a few more options, such as adding additional portions of protein, or vegetables, but overall, I can't complain and would definitely order again.
Our son tried Shawarma Delight. To be honest, this was a disappointment. The price for the portion was sad. The beef shawarma was dry and bland, no real flavor. There wasn't much meat in the wrap and the french fries were soggy and bland, having no salt or detectable seasonings. I don't know that we would order from this kitchen again.
Overall, I would easily recommend Grand Ave Food Co., and Beau Thai. And I'm more than certain many of the other kitchens here live up to and exceed expectations.
If you're a family where everyone wants something different, Grand Ave Food Co., is the place for you.
