Pretty solid bakery. I've never had a bad experience with this place. Just a tad pricey but worth it in my opinion. The Como bread and the cookies are ny personal favorites.

We call it "Central Perk" being our neighborhood spot like friends! We come here often for breakfast sandwiches or just coffee. Staff is always friendly and service is always fast!

Ordered cookies to be delivered to an office building, postmates delivery person screwed up and left the box of cookies outside the building during business hours for unknown amount of time, contacted grand central if they can resolve this issue and they refused to acknowledge there was an issue. Horrible customer service.

Picked up some pastries early on a cold rainy morning. The coffee cake was still hot from the oven and was delicious. I enjoyed some coffee and John Prine before heading back out in the rain.

The cinnamon rolls were shrunken from under proofing and too light from under baking. A bit raw. The frosted brioche bun was half the size it was a year ago,...and that's just the start of it. Nice staff, but as far as baking goes, they really do not seem to give a F--k anymore.
It took 73 years, but I finally had what I would call the worst muffin of my lifetime (and that includes highway gas station stores). The Apple Cardamom muffin was gummy, tasteless and had not a hint of cardamom flavor. The tiny bit of apples were neither spiced or sweetened...making them just a texture. Like eating cardboard masquerading as food. As awful as it gets. Boy, do they have some nerve charging a premium for that! Shameless...

Went to grab a coffee and food, and left getting more than i could have imagined. The price was more than fair for the delicious and creamy danish I bought. The coffee was great not too sweet and not too bitter just right. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming.

I personally didn’t like the almond croissant. It tasted odd on the inside. But the other stuff might be good.

While the food is great, the only table available was dirty. 2 staff members were standing around and I had to ask for one of them to wipe down the table. Other guests were waiting for their food with dirty tables as well. Really disappointing staff doesn’t clean tables

Blue Ribbon Roast beef sandwich is very small, about half the size of what I would expect. Not worth it.

Soups are always pretty good here. But go on Monday for Tomato soup and grilled cheese sando. If you find a ham and cheese sandwich in the display you should get that cause they are frequently sold out.
