We recently had the pleasure of working with Grand Cru Catering for my son’s 25th birthday celebration, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible, the Chicken Tinga and Beef Birria tacos were truly out of this world and a huge hit with our guests.

Beyond the food, the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Hannah and the team were professional, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

We can’t recommend Grand Cru Catering highly enough and will definitely be using them again for future events!

Grand Cru offers fabulous, generous and delicious Family Meals. We love the creative menus and delectable meals and sides provided. There’s always plenty for leftovers, that’s how amply- proportioned the meals and sides are! This is impeccably high-quality food made with love. I highly recommend Grand Cru’s Family Meals!

It’s Thanksgiving evening, the dishes are done and the kids are asleep. We traveled to the beach with family and decided to order the sides from Grand Cru to make the day easier. It was the best decision ever. We enjoyed mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, green beans, and cranberry sauce, and it was all delicious. I appreciate the reheating instructions that all have the same oven temperature, as our vacation rental had a small oven. We had to wait for the turkey to roast and then slip the sides in afterwards. It worked perfectly. The ordering and pickup was smooth, too.
Thank you for offering this opportunity to have a lovely dinner with a lot less time in the kitchen.

We couldn’t have been happier with our catering experience. From start to finish, the team seemed to just get it without needing much direction. The setup was beautiful, the food was delicious, and guests were still talking about it afterward. Their service before, during, and after the event was seamless and thoughtful. Everything ran so smoothly that we could simply enjoy the evening knowing we were in great hands. Highly recommend.

We had a very difficult time getting a caterer to respond to us or take our event seriously. Not the case with Grand Cru. They were very responsive and made a point of asking what problems we had with other caterers so they would avoid the same issues. We did not have a wedding planner and the staff of Grand Cru stepped up to fill that role for us. They were on-time, very professional, and had great ideas about making the event successful. They were also very attentive to my wife and I on the day of the event. The food was also fantastic! We received many compliments about it. We highly recommend Grand Cru!

Grand Cru catering was probably the best part of our wedding and the vendor I would recommend again and again.

We went to several tastings with different caterers, but Grand Cru won us over. They were approachable and professional. I was looking for food that was fancy, yet would appeal to most people. The other caterers felt way over the top, but Grand Cru’s food was simple, yet complex and flavorful. They even let us take home the leftovers from our tasting which was amazing.

Our menu included salmon, sliders, grilled vegetables, various salads, and kids food like chicken and Mac and cheese. I still have people telling me how they went back for seconds and thirds!

Another highlight was their specialty mocktails and cocktails (of which I had way too many). My friend commented that the pear mocktails they offered as people arrived, reminded him of Bridesmaids when she goes “sh*t that’s fresh.” It felt very fancy.

Finally, to top off the night, they offered “late night snacks” like mac and cheese balls, which were divine, and just what we needed after a night of dancing.

We also had a private wedding at my father’s house and they were able to set up discreetly in the garage and we barely knew they were there.

Grand Cru did an AMAZING job with the catering for our wedding. Hannah was incredibly organized when it came to the logistics of serving 85 people a family style dinner. Everything was served in a timely manner and cooked to perfection. I could not recommend working with them enough!

From the start, Hannah made planning the food and beverage specifics an enjoyable and stress-free experience. She was incredibly patient and supportive, helping us finalize the menu even after we requested a second tasting. The tasting session with Alex, who in my opinion is a world-class mixologist, was a highlight. The signature drinks he crafted were outstanding and a big hit at our wedding.

On the wedding day, the service staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all our guests' needs were met. Grand Cru Hospitality was also very flexible with the alcohol offerings, which we greatly appreciated.

Grand Cru absolutely exceeded our expectations from their hospitality, service, and communication. My husband and I got married this past April at Pomarius Nursery in Downtown Portland, OR. They provided so many options for food and drink (including our favorite cider), which we loved to be able to pick what we felt like our guests would enjoy the most and what complemented us as a couple. Everyone at our food absolutely raved about the food, drinks, and appetizers. To our pleasant surprise, the chef at our venue was an old friend from my husbands home town - so that made it even more special that he was the one preparing our meal.

It was a pleasure to work with Alex and the rest of the Grand Cru team leading up to our big day. As soon as we had our tasting with them we knew we wanted to hire them for our wedding! We had a fajita bar which accommodated many different dietary restrictions and we got compliments throughout the evening on how delicious the food was! There were also never lines at the open bar which was important to us. Would recommend the Grand Cru team to anyone!

The gourmet appetizers were delicious, and the southern-style spread of smoked brisket, salmon, and homestyle salads was outstanding. They also provided amazing vegan options for our guests. The bite-sized appetizers were visually appealing and bursting with flavor. The smoked brisket and salmon were tender and perfectly cooked, complemented by refreshing salads. The cornbread and honey-butter added a delightful touch. Grand Cru Hospitality's dedication to providing outstanding vegan options was commendable. The staff was professional, attentive, and accommodating (and soooooo sweet & friendly). We highly recommend Grand Cru Hospitality for their culinary mastery and exceptional service, making our wedding day truly memorable. We will keep them in mind for future events, and recommend their services wherever we can!
