Ordered the Radiatore. The first ingredient listed on the menu was chicken caciatore. The protein was completely absent from my plate.

I love this place so much. Anything you get will be delicious! The blackberry jasmine lemonade is a spring/summer go to drink!

The food is good and the servers are nice, but in the summertime the indoor space is teeth-chatteringly cold. I implore management to use the AC much more sparingly,

Delicious food and terrific service. Definitely a favorite!

I had the best tortellini dish in there last week!

I am a self proclaimed salt lover - but the carbonara was way too salty. Inedible. It was really terrible. Pasta was surprisingly undercooked too. I was really excited to try the handmade pasta but they really missed the mark. Upside is that the food is reasonably priced and the restaurant is big so it can accommodate large parties. Staff were also very kind and helpful.

I used to be such a big fan of this place, but the quality has gone downhill. I ordered delivery and always give some grace because it’s obviously not going to be as good as when it is fresh. However, the freshness wasn’t the problem.

I ordered the Rigatoni, Adult Luke, and garlic bread. Both pastas were dry from the lack of sauce and extremely bland. The amount of pork in the rigatoni was very sad and flavorless. The garlic bread was so hard that it was like biting into a crouton, also very bland.

Like I said, this place was delicious a few years ago. Unfortunately, the last couple times haven’t been good.

Insanely al dente pasta! Good but weird carbonara. Delicious butter sauce on butternut squash tortelli (felt like ravioli), which had such good tooth and smooth and creamy but dessert level sweet filling. Excellent warm cauliflower salad which was also sweet but not as overwhelmingly so, and had good acid that balanced it. Burrata was fine but the center wasn't as melty as I expect. 1 slice of extra bread cost $2. Service was friendly and efficient, no wait AFAI can remember but that could also be the good company I was with making me lose track of time.

Slower than a snail mail by the time I finally had my dish brought to me and slid across the table. 25 minutes later and only 12 people in restaurant. Blame the cook but server didnt seem to care about me waiting do long. Guess thats how it is now when they force a nice tip when you order as opposed to how the service
actually was.

Wont be back to this branch of Grassa and no I’m not a Karen but as a former cook, server and bartender they were way over tipped.

The food is delicious, but the service is hit or miss. I had dinner there tonight and the cashier seemed very annoyed with us, and kept making passive aggressive comments about us coming during the dinner rush. And like yeah, it was dinner time…. I work in the service industry so I understand being busy, but we were not pressuring them to go faster and accepted that there would be a wait for food, no problem! But the comments really rubbed me the wrong way and made me feel unwelcome when all I wanted was to have a nice meal with my family. It just felt very unnecessary, and I feel like if people are being polite to you, you can at least be neutral and not purposely try to make them feel
guilty for entering an establishment. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful when bussing the tables :)
