Super delicious food, good staff, great open kitchen vibe. I definitely recommend going on a weekday for less of a wait but even if you do go on weekends it's worth it.

I wanted to give this place a better review, but my breakfast was terrible. I’m not sure if I just picked the wrong thing, but I was so disappointed since the reviews for this place are pretty good. I will say, my friends breakfast was pretty delicious tho.I love chicken fried steak. It’s kinda my thing. So, of course I ordered it. Lemme tell you, it was not the traditional cfs. At all. It was bloody, and more like a tbone or sirloin thickness, vs the standard steak used for cfs. I had to cut around the edges to even get anywhere close to well done. And, my hashbrows were so crunchy, they were more like chips, and my toast was burnt (I had to pay extra for toast). I spent a lot of money on my meal, and we waited almost an hour to be seated, so I was very unhappy with this experience. Definitely not a spot I would recommend. Very overrated.

One of my fav breakfast restaurants! French toast is great but my family and I especially love the country fried steak! Mississippi location has great staff, their Sandy location not so much. The manager is rude and she clicks up with other staff members making this food experience uncomfortable.

This is my new fave breakfast spot in Portland. The French toast was so amazing! We ordered online for a pickup at noon, and the process went smooth without a hitch, food was piping hot and waiting for us when we got there.

Great place for vegans and meat eaters. Huge portions, I always plan on splitting a few things when I go because it is more fun that way.

All gravy! Portland food is so gosh darn good! What is it?? LOL! Gravy was a great go to for breakfast! The place was welcoming! So much so that I dined there on another visit to Portland! Breakfast favorites and then some. Coffee was delicious. Honestly do not know what to say except everything was good on the breakfast end! Try it, you'll like it!

Best french toast around. Thick and airy bread with a touch of sweet. The hash is my other favorite. It's a huge plate with big chunks of meat and crispy hash browns. It's a Sunday tradition!

What a wonderful experience..... Gravy, is an amazing food adventure! First off the Service is very friendly and personable.... Second the selection is interesting and makes you feel like your taste buds are in for a treat they soon won't be able to forget! Flavors are such an exciting journey from one flavor to another...... BONUS they have a homemade hot sauce that will not disappoint, not too hot just the right amount of spice and heat to liven up all the fresh ingredients already being used! Last, but definitely not the least.... The portions are hefty..... Plenty for eats later in the day ?

We originally went to the NE Mississippi location but they were unexpectedly closed for dine in on this day by or staffing shortages, so we ended up going to the Sandy station. The space was nice and clean and tables were properly distanced. Menus were accessed by QR code's. The staff were all great...friendly, informative, quick, and took the pandemic protocols seriously. Food was fantastic for our group of 6, and our Spanish coffees and Bloody Mary's were excellent as well. Gravy is probably my favorite brunch spot in Portland among the short wait spots.

!!!ATTENTION, STONERS!!!!! Yes. If you're hungry enough to not be bothered by spending between $15-$20, and want to shamelessly indulge....this is your spot! My eyes are bigger than my stomach most of the time, and it proved to be true again. My hungry a** doubted the portions would be fulfilling enough.....I was wrong. I got the verde w/hash browns and a side of gravy. Sweet Jesus hallelujah! I pushed myself to finish 65% and my high a** was happy knowing I had leftovers for later. Do recommend!

We got takeout breakfast and the portions were large and tasty. The oatmeal was in a huge bowl, had a nice sweet and crispy top with fresh berries. The omelette was huge and they did not skimp on the fixings. Minus one star because they left out part of our order and we didn't realize until we got home. :(
