Hidden inside of the office building but THIS IS THE BEST, CHEAPEST, AND WELL STOCKED convenience store downtown!!! I’m so thankful to have found it because there really are no other convenience stores close to my apartment building. :)

I really love going to this place for breakfast when I am at work. Greenleaf has amazing hot and cold food they make on request. One of my favorites is the burger bowl . They also have a ton of other things like snacks and drinks. You can get a full meal for under 10 dollars here which is pretty much impossible these days. The owners are also some of the nicest people !

Friendly family owned little bodega inside the KOIN Tower. They have a little of everything: hot food, snacks, beverages, booze, cards, gifts, and more! Go to spot when I’m working in the office upstairs.

Greenleaf on the Koin Tower has the best salads, sandwiches, and cups all fresh made when you order. Very reasonable prices and great owner/ operators! I love them!
