The #10 omelette was incredible, and the potatoes may have set a new standard for how potatoes should be cooked in my own kitchen (though I'm not sure I'll be able to recreate that magic). The owner was friendly and engaging, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading the backstory of the restaurant and how this establishment came to be.

This place gets packed so come early or be ready for a line. People seemed happy with their food, mine was ok, nothing extraordinary tbh (eggs and dry sausage). Gave it 4 stars for our server who was very personable and great sense of humor, otherwise it was just meh.

I’m going to do my best to provide an honest review because I am one of the few people who believe that these reviews are actually real. I did read the reviews before I went to the restaurant so my Expectations were somewhat high. Some were met, some were not met. Service left a little to be desired.
