Staff doesn't have a welcome attitude.
I have been going there for many years, for the atmosphere, and to introduce other people to different food.
It feels like you are dealing with a robot, not a simple smile?

I think this is Indian food. Everything is spicy and has nothing to do with Mediterranean food. Tasteless, super spicy food. Spicy falafel? Where did you get that from? I wonder what country cooks food like that?

I am a big fan of this place, and I think they're one of the highest tier choices available. I often come in and order via Uber Eats. I ordered the chicken shawarma fries earlier this week, and the fries were delivered piping hot and fresh. I also like the panini style chicken shawarma wrap. My girlfriend likes the falafel, grape leaves, and she was very impressed by how big the shawarma salad was.

Overall, this place delivers quality food with fair portions. The food always hits the spot, and I recommend you give this place a try if you're curious.

I don't usually dine in, but I have no qualms with the interior. Everything is very standard for a local restaurant. Everything is clean, and the service is always nice and appreciative of the business.

I always try to make an effort to be a patron at businesses where the staff makes an active effort to engage with their customers.

Vegetarian options: Definitely options for leaf eaters.

Parking: Plenty of space in the plaza for super easy parking.

Kid-friendliness: Very standard for a restaurant.

I work near this restaurant and grab lunch often. Always great service, great food. I usually order online and pick-up because this place is popular and can get busy. I see a lot of to-go orders, less people staying to eat. My family loves it so I sometimes order extra food for dinner at lunch time and bring it home after work. My 10 year old son gets very excited when I bring this food home, particularly the rice. My go-to order is the schwarma chicken with half rice/half salad, hummus and garlic sauce. The guy complaining about not getting service quick enough due to a large order - that was probably my order! I ordered 10 meals one day for a work meeting a few months ago and it was 100% accurate with everyone's specifications met.

I love the food here and the staff is friendly, but please improve your salads. I keep getting brown lettuce every time. It’s appalling lazy, unacceptable and cheap to serve brown lettuce.

They were too busy to take my order? It's an odd and disappointing experience to walk in to a place with a great recommendation, stand expectantly for a while and be ignored.

In Gyro Fresh's defense, there was chaotic construction in the area, and it looked like they were processing a huge order.

And they provided a prompt apology. I'm gonna try 'em again some day soon and update this. (Stats set to neutral (3) until I've got a chance to try again.)

I've had a lot of gyros over the years but I don't remember having a better one than here. It was the Lamb Gyro Wrap and amazingly delicious!! For a great price too!

Pretty decent overall. Got the chicken gyro. Not a wrap, more like a pita based meal with mostly chicken, light on the veggies. Need more veggies and more tzatziki.
