They have a nice menu and an attractive outdoor patio. Inside, I thought it felt pretty cramped and loud.
Our food was fine. It wasn't amazing but everything was decent. Our one disappointment was with a banana Nutella waffles. It seemed way more like banana and chocolate syrup. If you're going to say it's Nutella, it really should be Nutella. Service was a little slow, we had to chase down servers for basic details (forgotten pieces of orders and the check ).

Years ago there were dozens of places like this in Portland. This first the niche very well.
Staff was friendly and attentive, good was excellent, and the outdoor seating was well set. Great atmosphere.
(I liked it so well, I took my kids there a couple of days later!)

Great food and service every time. Never disappointed. Great strong coffee great fresh squeeze orange juice. Heavenly made fresh whip for the waffles and great breakfast burrito with Chipotle crema. Just awesome on any given Sunday. 😊.

Wow! What an amazing renovation of an old home into a restaurant! And the food oh my God, the food ! I got an iced tea and a cinnamon roll to go because I’m working and I wanna go back for breakfast or lunch. It doesn’t matter. The food I saw people eating looked amazing And the cinnamon roll is to die for !

We walked from our Airbnb but we did see street parking available. We had our breakfast outside on the patio. We had the corned beef breakfast and The Portland Scrabble. Both were very good, very fresh. The corned beef is some of the best I've ever had. Portions were for us just the right amount of food. The homemade jam is very good as well. With the current economy the price is the price.
