This place hardly needs more glowing reviews, but I’ll give it another! I’d heard about Hat Yai for a while but I’m finally not a vegetarian anymore so I figured it was time, and it lived up to the hype!! My 2 friends and I shared the Hat Yai for 2 and the Southern Pad Thai. The former especially was phenomenal - so many flavors and textures!! The roti was so crispy, and the fried chicken was soooo flavorful!
I love their outside space, which right now is a bunch of picnic tables next to the restaurant and it’s mostly covered.

We enjoyed a great night out to dinner here with our small group. The cocktails were creative & delicious! Their menu is full of flavorful options with fun spins on Thai classics. The fried chicken was absolutely amazing, the sticky rice was the best texture and the pad Thai was truly - perfect. I'll definitely be back!

It was just ok. The chicken was nice and crispy but some of it was dry. Curry was on the sweet side, not much spice. It's a meh for me don't think I would go back.

My peeps been telling me that I needed to try this spot out, and they were right!

Customer service was hella nice and attentive....shout-out to zoey and the guy who took my order!! Had the Hat Yai roti combo and was very pleased! chicken was fried perfectly.......the curry was very flavorful and rich .....the sticky rice and roti was yum.....the pickled veggies that come with it? Would probably eat a whole jar of that alone

Would I come back?! Hell yeaaaaaa! Was suggested to also try the north location and that will def be my next stop when I crave this restaurant

Unfortunately I ordered from uber eat - the brisket beef green curry but I got 3 cubes of beef. Unlike the past orders I got more meats
Very disappointing.

What is this, no way this is really a thai place. The food is so bad and too salty. We got the Muu hong and fried chicken wings. The drink WAS WORST, the worst drinks i’ve ever had after moving to the usa.

This is just a brilliant execution of what seems like a genius combination of fried food and south-asian food and flavors.

Simply good for, music set for younger crowd but not atrocious. Phukate noodles were interesting and good.

I wish they had this kind of food
In Seattle! The chicken is soooo scrumptious! We got the whole chicken to share with the family. The skin is so flavorful and crispy! Even the chicken breast, which I usually don’t like because it’s dry, is so juicy and seasoned so well you can taste it in the meat of the breast. The sticky rice compliments everything. So simple and versatile; it goes well with everything. The house curry is delicious. Such bold flavors and enhances the flavors of all the dishes we got; the chicken, sticky rice, and roti. And that roti!!! I will be thinking of that roti for awhile and wanting it with all my meals!! So flaky and fun to eat. It’s like a flat, Asian croissant.

Bright and casual ambience here with really friendly service! It’s a “buss your own table and get your own utensils” kind of place, but they’re still very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!!

This is a place that I crave on cold rainy days. The curry is soo good. I do think the portions for the curry are a little small and very overpriced but the meals are delicious!
