Nikki was rude, she had asked me to put my car information down but not the lady in front of me which of bs.
The service is extremely bad at Oxford Suites. I would advise potential guests NOT to book your stay at Oxford Suites. There are many better hotels near by like Holiday Inn, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott. The front desk employees are extremely rude. The managers, Grant and Dante refuse to provide any help. Grant is extremely rude to customers.

The pool had such strong fumes that the kids started coughing and breaking out in a rash. After I complained they shut it down. They reopened the next day and I was the same and the kids couldn't swim
