I do like this place for a variety of reasons. But there is a sign I’m glad I caught saying they don’t offer WiFi. Since I had 90 minutes to kill before a kids dentist appt and needed to work, I immediately left (so I didn’t offer my revenue).
I’m sure there is a valid reason for the policy but the place was near empty on a weekday morning while Papaccino down the street is filled and has WiFi…if your goal is to sit and socialize, Heart Coffee is great space to do so, just odd - to me - they are turning away business.

I didn't get food I got a chai latte and it was very spicy, which I don't like so I won't go there again because I don't drink coffee, just chai. However, the staff/service was great and it's a very cute place!

I’m a local here too. I needed a place to study, so I came here.
In hindsight, I should’ve seen the sign that said no WiFi was provided. That’s on me for looking too late after paying the coffee and croissant.
Even still, I was not impressed by the matcha latte I ordered. It was okay at best. The baristas are friendly and really it’s the products and service provided that I’m not satisfied with.
Especially with the croissant I ordered. It was a temperature room chocolate croissant; the texture was too stiff for me to fully enjoy, and the lack of a toaster oven really not made me enjoy the croissant. The baristas informed there was no toaster oven, but even through my disappointment, I still paid my food and drink with a tip.
I don’t think this place is for me, but for others who want to enjoy a more one-to-one conversation with friends, maybe this place is worth checking out. Atmosphere is more for the outgoing, and I quickly learned it wasn’t for me. Left the shop less than 20 minutes.

Came for the espresso, stuck around for the community. The coffee shines on its own, the espresso is dialed to perfection, and the usual drinks are anything but.
Genuinely wonderful human beings and top notch baristas- true experts in their craft. Balancing busy rushes with patience and calm. We feel so lucky to be a part of the morning routine. This is far more than a coffee shop, it’s an anchor in the Woodstock neighborhood.

Having WiFi provided would allow my brain to justify spending $5 for an 8oz black coffee, but no WiFi is kind of crazy to me. Would be the perfect place to get a coffee and get some work done.
Seems like a really nice spot, but no wifi!

This location is really nice to hang out at. Stopped by to get some beans. I get to go to this location less often but nonetheless anytime I am on the area I drop by.

Friendly and helpful barista. Single origin coffee really shone through the cappuccino. Bright, comfortable seating, good music.
Amazing product, but a little on the expensive side. Their sourdough croissants are phenomenal.
Love the chocolate chunk cookies!
Heart is one of my TOP places for espresso and a cold brew. That said, this spot isn’t among my go-to places as the culture of it is a bit overtly political. I always feel businesses should do their best to maintain a visible neutrality, even if they have certain views. Here, from signs, posters, and even placards at register essentially demanding acquiescence to pronouns you get the feel you are in a place that would rather serve as a social justice center rather than focus on the essential purpose of the place: great coffee
