I love the people, the place and the coffee, but…. they habitually under order pastries so that if you come in after 11:30 there is a good chance they will have nothing. Stops us from going. Not good management of the place.

Okay, you will be hard-pressed to find a better cup of drip coffee anywhere else in the city. This is by virtue of Heart being a nationally renowned roaster, and their daily selections of single origin drip make up for the austere interior and lack of Wi-Fi. On these two notes--I could really care less. Friendly baristas and great coffee are all I need, and I am lucky to have this place practically in my backyard.

What century are we living in where a modern coffeshop doesn't have WiFi?Edit:This place has a decal on the door of a wifi symbol with a line through it, like they are proud to not offer wifi. This isn't a thematic choice because patrons are just on their laptops with their phones putting out mobile hotspots. And no, ownership, I was not the person you talked to. Since you have made the choice to sell $6 coffees and not allow functional connectivity in the modern world, would you like to explain it?

Been coming here since the spot opened, consistently great brews and food options (though we do miss the low-key kitchen offerings!).Unfortunately, lately it seems like the vibe has changed a lot. Not sure if it's due to staffing changes or what, but it seems like it's less...welcoming? Baristas seem to be under far more stress than in the past, can't help but wonder if there's issues higher up the chain trickling down. Hope to not lose any of our great baristas due to unneeded stressors!

Coffee isn’t very good and staff is extremely rude. I’d skip it.

Feels nice inside, but they don’t have wifi or outlets. Could be a good place for to-go coffee or having a chat with friends, but not to sit and get work done while you sip and snack. My espresso and cookie were both decent, but also over-priced (especially with no wifi!). Service was friendly. Good location.

This is a new-ish coffee shop with a low-key attitude and nordic-meets-northwest decor. They roast their own coffee; the aroma is quite rich. You could go here just for the scents. Their menu items are thoughtful twists on simple dishes. The yogurt-fruit-granola-honey bowl is particularly sublime and deceptively filling. Great addition to the neighborhood's options for coffee and snacks.

big open space, sun peeks through the large windows, some tables and bench seating for studying, however this place has almost no outlets and does NOT offer wifi…?? definitely not study/laptop work friendly, good for a one on one meeting though. pretty whack. oat matcha latte extra sweet was also whack. probably would not come back again. 2/10

Cute little local spot. The coffees are nice. Small menu but is good. Very bright and light and minimalist ambiance, spacious and quiet enough for study. The staff are always full of ... heart.

What a great place. It is clean and simply designed in a great way. The staff are excellent! It feels great in there, and they do not play super loud punk music, which I so appreciate. I loved the ambiance and everything. My coffee was excellent. They are a bit expensive. Street parking is easy to find.

No Wi-Fi, no outlets, paper straws. No oven to warm up pastries and baked goods that they sell. Expensive coffee. Lovely space, indifferent baristas. Great location, and great coffee.

Pretty overpriced for coffee that isn’t even that good. I got an iced small pumpkin spice latte and it was $6.50. Definitely not worth it. Service was fine but the atmosphere is cute and cozy. 3 stars is for the atmosphere and service. Did not try the food though.

Their batch brews are eye opening, especially when Kenyan coffees are on rotation. No wifi offered at this time (9/2023)
