Sadly, due to illnesses and surgeries between our 4 kids, we have been to this lil Cafe many, many times. It's been so nice that they stay open until 2am. They have pretty much everything you might need- a meal, snack, coffee, tea or dessert! So thankful for the awesome, friendly staff and the convenience, during our stays. Thanks Heartbeat!
Staff is absolutely amazing, coffee is the best when one lady makes it the rest of the time it's pretty hit and miss. It's an automatic machine so it's okay for what it is. The cooked food is mediocre but the premade options are very good. The ginger snap cookies are amazing as are the Dolmas!Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie and vegan options Wheelchair accessibility: VeryDietary restrictions: Sugar free and gluten free options

I quite like this little cafe stand inside the hospital. I wish I could go more often, but hospital staff has turned me away before because the cafe is only open to people who have a reason to be at the hospital besides visiting the cafe (in-&out-patients, staff, possibly patient visitors).Parking: Hospital garage parking is free, but I found that parking lot 2 was full, and lot 3 had ample parking.

Moderate food. Customer service was so-so. In a hospital people could really use at least a bit of acknowledgment. Why have napkins so far away from where you pick up order?
