We had an incredible meal here celebrating a birthday. We told our server what we planned on ordering and they recommended several different bottles of wine and different price points that would pair well with our meal. All the food was good but the stand outs were the yellowtail toast (incredible) and eggplant butter focaccia

I have to say I’m a little disappointed. I went with my friend the other day and we absolutely loved the food and wine, but they charged us a $15 corkage fee for a bottle of wine we bought there.. and also added an automatic 20% gratuity charge to our ticket which included the bottle of wine. Like what!! Never heard of that before.

Looking for a fun evening out with great wine? Highly recommend going to Heavenly Creatures. Their wine knowledge is incredible and they are amazing at finding you wines that you will love.
The food is excellent - well balanced flavors, great range of texture, super fresh. Everything was enjoyable but if I had to narrow down to my top three favorites:
* Young yellowtail toast with tonnato, shallots & mustard seeds
* Shaved pork shoulder, giardiniera, aioli with toast
* Coconut-Chocolate macaroons with hazelnut and cherry coulis

Easily the most underwhelming meal I've had in a long time. Staff look like they hate their lives. Watched chef take 10 minutes to plate a single dish, that was incredibly under seasoned. Service equally abismal.

The staff at HC are very welcoming and knowledgeable about wine. We enjoyed an excellent Albariño and an amazing Pinot with age. The food is creative and delicious. Our favorite dish was the Focaccia with eggplant butter but all the dishes were very good. Highly recommend !

Eat the yellow tail!! This place was incredible - great service, delicious wines and viby spot
What a special place. The food and atmosphere were incredible. I'm going to be thinking about the wine the waiter recommended for a long time. Just an absolute gem of a spot.

This place had been on my radar for a while and we finally went. It was wonderful! Amazing food, wine and vibe. The chef clearly cares deeply. Olives, ceviche, and squid were all amazing. We don’t often get dessert but splurged on it plus a dessert wine, and I am one happy camper. We will be back!

Surprisingly great food and of course great wine as well. You do need to get a decent amount of food, if you’re hungry. The price is a bit overly expensive when looking at Portland culinary scene as a whole. 6 courses and 6 glasses of wine for 300 bucks. Dessert was the shining start.

Wow! This was the best meal we had in Portland and one of the best meals I’ve in a while. They change their menu often, using seasonal ingredients. Highly recommend this place.

Truly one of the best meals and overall dining experiences I've had in Portland in a very long time. I'm still dreaming of the beef cheeks - one of the best dishes of my life! Y'all are doing it right, thank you for making really good wine accessible for those of us who appreciate the process, the stories and hard to find gems while still making it affordable. We will be back!
