Henry Higgins Boiled Bagels is a popular spot for bagel enthusiasts, known for its wonderful bagels that have a chewy texture and great flavor. The restaurant offers a variety of bagels, including jalepeno bagels, which can be paired with a bagel sandwich or enjoyed simply with cream cheese. The service is quick and friendly, making it a great option for a casual meal. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is welcoming. Customers can choose from plenty of toppings, with options for both sweet and savory. While a reviewer noted some differences in texture and flavor compared to traditional New York-style bagels, they still found the bagels delicious and satisfying. The cream cheese is also available in a whipped version, which may appeal to some customers. Many love the egg and meat sandwiches, and a no-cheese option is available for those who appreciate variety. Overall, Henry Higgins Boiled Bagels is a great spot for bagel lovers, with high-quality offerings and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it stand out in the Northwest.
