Very nice staff! The prices have increased and the meat portions are smaller and/or thinner. Plus I get that egg prices have gone up, but $2 more per sandwich seems a bit steep. Walmart sells 36 large cage-free eggs for $15.68, which works out to about $0.44 per egg. You probably receive better prices since you buy in bulk. It seems like you’re using the egg issue as a way to boost your profits.

Parking: It's very hard to park close by.

Didn't realize they had parking, so parked a block away. Bagel was OK, cream cheese was fairly melted as I ate it so went everywhere. Got an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and a coffee. Service was fantastic and they even did some top notch origami on my bagel wrapper.

Everyone I talked to told me this place was overrated. I was walking by and figured I might as well try. They were right. The bagels are good but nothing special, puddletown bagels is significantly tastier (and cheaper!)
However, the two staff members I interacted with were both very friendly, so that's a huge plus.

Vegetarian options: Bagels are vegetarian

we were so excited to try a new place in the neighborhood, sadly we were never greeted the whole time we were there the cashier never uttered one word just stood there, I wasn't even sure she was taking the order she was so silent kinda felt unwelcoming. we got Bagel dogs which wete super hot to the touch on the outside but darn near cold in the center gross, and the half dozen begals we bought were hard. Really disappointed for the amount we spent cold and not tasted fresh. We won't be returning!

GENEROUS with the egg on the bagel egg and cheese, the ingredients were PERFECTLY PORTIONED ! Stellar bagel to egg to cheese ratio ?? always walk away stuffed

The staff are super duper nice which as a server,,, I know can be EXTREMELY DIFFICULT when there is a line out the door and you’re under pressure as the shop is generally pretty busy and bustling so extra kudos to them !! ?

So I'm a crabby old jew. I've eaten at a ton of delis all over the country: Katz's, 2d Avenue, the Carnegie, Odessa, Zingerman's, Ashkenaz, the Onion Roll, Brent's, Canter's and lots of others. The bagel in much of the U.S. is a lost art. What passes for a bagel at many restaurants is a shanda. Henry Higgins may not be a Jewish name, but the bagels are pretty close to what a bagel is supposed to be.
Go there. Keep them in business. The kids who work there are terrific.

The bagels are good, BUT
They don't answer their phone: It goes to voicemail and the voicemail box is full so you can't phone in an order AND
If you try to order online, it takes an order and charges you, then you discover "No they're out" when you go to make pickup.

Had one of those delightfully friendly, it just isn’t that serious, have a lovely sunny Friday experiences. Tasty cold brew with my choice of dairy/non-dairy. Decadent flavored cream cheese. And a bag of day-old bagels for a song. Love these locally-owned establishments in our neighborhood!! And friendly service with a smile is a must. :)
