The jerk at the gate hit my phone to the scanner without saying anything. Worst attitude ever.

Huge subterranean parking. Closes at 12:00 am for incoming and outgoing vehicles. If you don't get your car out by 12:00 am, the lot doesn't reopen until 5:00 am. Seems fairly safe. Part of the lot is for Whole Foods and is accessible during business hours.

I was charged $21 to park there for two hours. Are you kidding me? That’s a mistake I’ll never make again.

Visited Portland from out of state. As to be expected, much like Seattle, Portland has terrible street parking. This parking garage was handy for short term parking while I visited a couple of the businesses in the area for a couple hours. Parking was easy, lot direction was easy, paying was easy and even cheaper than some of the street level parking options. Overall a relatively stress free arrangement and my car didn't get broken into, so that was nice.

Have been living in the same building as the Brewery Blocks for over 18 months and moving soon. Kyle Baker, Propark Account Manager has been terrific. He is very responsive and has been helpful when I have had issues with my account entry/exit. I consistently have seen security on their bikes and walking their check points throughout the day/evening. The only thing I would recommend is open a second lane at entry during the day :), as the middle lane is rarely used but set up to go both ways.
Parking in a downtown area can be daunting sometimes, and the area does have some homeless/retail crime, but I've always felt safe parking my car 24 hours a day at Brewery Blocks.

Expensive but good location with multiple exits; good location for Powell’s Books and Good Coffee parking. Prices have recently increased. I went in on a holiday once in 2023 and paid a largely reduced cost, which was a pleasant surprise—there was no signage indicating reduced pricing that day. I’ve never parked for long because I don’t want to park long in this area of town, so I can’t reliably say whether or not a car is “safe.” I think it’s largely up to chance and length of time car is left unattended in a garage in this area of town.

CAUTION, Nice garage, pay terminal for the garage at Couch and 13th was equiped with a card skimmer and my card info was stolen.

This is my go-to parking location for this area of Portland. It has always seemed safe and reasonably priced. Plenty of room to maneuver. It is very large so it can be a little confusing getting back to your car if you enter the garage again from a different entrance.

I like this parking garage, my truck fits in it, its below Whole Foods, and close to lots of shops I like in this little area I like to walk in when I Portland

Very nice, spacious, and secure space for parking area. It does cover a very big under the streets and you should pay attention where you enter so that when you come back to get your vehicle.

Be advised: if you use the east entrance before 6am, you’ll have quite the adventure getting out to the street. But the parking and payment experience was great.

Spent more time looking for an entrance back in & then a pay station, than I did parking.

Don’t park here. Would do a negative review if I could. I’ve been parking here five days a week for nine months. ($360 a month) Today I accidentally left my wallet at home, I didn’t have cash so I accidentally got locked into the parking garage. I told JOY, the lady working (3pm 11/2/2022) and asked what I should do. She says to me “aren’t you the one who didn’t pay last week” (last week I forgot my wallet but had cash, paid for my parking just had to go to a different kiosk) She then proceeded to write down my license plate number and tell me I’m not allowed to park there anymore. She asked if I had anyone I could call and I told her I don’t so she said I would have to call a tow truck. She said “you must know someone with money”. The kind people behind me paid for my ticket and let me Venmo them, thank goodness! I asked joy her name and she said “you can turn me in, I know that’s what you’re gonna do”. I don’t understand why she had to be so rude she knows who I am because I’ve been parking here so long. Definitely never coming back. I’ll spend the $4,320 I would be spending on parking a year elsewhere. Also will for sure be telling all of my coworkers and people I know that use this parking garage how inconsiderate the people who run it are.

Horrible experience here. the person calling themselves JOY is concerning> Her name tag said NOBLEEN so i dont know why she lied- probably embarrassed she was giving me such a hard time for no reason. I was given a ticket in wholle foods that was already used the day before (very odd) and nobleeen said I had to pay even though I had my receipt and tons of groceries as well as my dog and am already in the exit row. backing up wouldve been dangerous for everyone in the garage as well as myself / my vehicle but she still wouldn't me through. It sucks when people dislike their jobs and take it out on everyone else. (someone else wrote a similar review about her not letting them leave the garage) PROPARK is the company that owns this garage

It’s a parking garage! Little difficult to find, but what you’d expect.
