They just started serving breakfast and lunch! The staff went out of their way to make me a vegan breakfast and came up with a tofu scramble, which wasn’t even on the menu but was absolutely delicious with cilantro and other spices. They are working on having vegan and gluten-free options for both The breakfast menu and the pastries.

HiTop is strange to me. Some service is friendly, some isn’t interested in speaking. It’s often totally deserted inside, with a few seats occupied outside. Why is this. Is the space too big? Anyways, they can get you drunk.

I got there pulled pork nachos.
They were middle of the road, really good! But I'm not going to make a special trip to drive across town for.
The staff was super nice. It was such a nice relaxing local spot.
