This was my first time here and although the restaurant is cute, and the service solid, we thought the food was just good vs outstanding (particularly for the price). Higgins has been one of our favorite restaurants in Portland for a very long time. The food is extraordinarily delicious and the service is always great. The ambiance of the restaurant feels gracious, cozy and inviting.
