The name is not an exaggeration!Probably the friendliest owner we have met, she greeted and chatted with every customer. The burger patty was cooked perfectly, and their fries and chicken tenders were the super crispy. Price to quality is far superior to any burger joint. Definitely get the milkshakes! Our friend has nut allergies, which thankfully, they cook everything in canola oil.We're from BC, so we tried convincing the owner to open a second shop in Washington; we need somewhere closer to home when we want a burger to "hit the spot!"

This place lived up to its name and definitely HIT THE SPOT! Paid this location a visit on Friday evening and just beat the evening rush. Super friendly staff as we were greeted when we walked in. This was my first time here to I ordered a few things. For my wife and I the double burger was a must and we had to try the fries and onion rings.The burger was amazing. One of the top three burgers I have had in Portland. The onion rings were out of this world! The batter they use for there onion rings is so good tasty. Loved the fries as well.Let’s not forgot about their chicken tenders. Ordered some for my son and he loved them. Of course I had collect the parent tax and try some and it was delicious. Great batter and the chicken was very tender.Before we left we had to finish off this great meal with a strawberry shake. Overall great experience and we will be back very soon.

TLDR: Overall, ordering was pretty simple and easy, and amazing food! ?Service was really fantastic, and it was awesome to see Jane with so much enthusiasm about meeting new people and curiosity of new customers trying out the menu! Jane was ready to answer any questions I had and was willing to help me out as well. I agree the burgers are so great, I definitely wished I ordered another! The single burger combo is worth every penny, and I highly recommend checking this place out by yourself or with a group of friends!
I’m not sure if Jane is the owner but was very nice. There are two tablets to order on and it was super nice to have a sink to wash your hands not within the bathroom. The pricing was a little expensive but the food was delicious. I enjoyed a single hamburger, fries and even the chicken strips. The flavors really hit the spot! Ava loved the chocolate shake and she was even given quite a few unicorn stickers which made her day.

In a city with many great burgers, hit the spot still managed to stand out, with fantastic burgers, battered to order chicken tenders, and excellent onion rings! Burgers are very competitively priced, I think $6 or $7 for a double cheeseburger. Both traditional and spicy tenders are lovely.Staff were friendly, wait was short, the only thing I’d change is vibing up the interior a bit. Nice high ceilings and modern feel but missing some… pizzazz?! Looking forward to my next visit.
Had this place recommended to us and did not disappoint! Average pricing but amazing quality of food. Tillamook ice cream milkshakes were delicious. Crinkle cut fries were amazing, they do not have ranch but their housemade fry sauce was delectable!Kid-friendliness: We came in with our cousins and their 3 month old daughter and the staff was super helpful. Brought us a high chair and just enjoyed having the baby there. A nice experience
