We did the Shanghai Underground tour and it was awesome. Very educational and interesting. It's amazing that Portland built their present city over the old one and tried to just bury it and pretend it never happened. We learned such amazing and rich history of the city in it's early days and how rough and scary of a place it really was. If you're ever in Portland I highly recommend you take the time to experience this tour. I do have pictures but I can not post...
The ambience is great as well as the service. Been there twice for PGMC cast parties. They've always treated us right. Be careful on the street, it's not in the greatest neighborhood.
While waiting for the Shanghai Tunnel tour to begin,I found the staff, service, and food at Hobo's just wonderful. We got there in time for happy hour and we ordered sliders, pizza and a beef mushroom dish. the mushroom dish was so good my daughter didn't even share with the rest of us. All that for under 20.00. Loved the place. Will go back the next time I'm in Portland
