I tried a waffle with an egg on top and a side of hashbrowns, and it honestly blew me away. The waffle was light and fluffy, with just the right texture, and the egg on top added a really nice savory balance without overpowering it. The hashbrowns were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside. I can tell the owner put a lot of thought into his recipes; everything worked together so well. Highly recommend stopping by yourself or with a couple of friends!

Finally a waffle place where waffles are fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside yummy! We also had the pave potatoes and my partner love them. ❤️ we will be back.

U might think your food is covered in pepper but its just dirty from all the burnt bits that don't get cleaned off the cooking surfaces. If it wasnt for that, l'd give the Waffles 5 stars all day. I've been here twice but unfortunately wont be coming back a 3rd because of it

These waffles are so light and airy I don't even feel like I've eaten anything so I guess I have to get 5 more!! Seriously great. Doesn't need powdered sugar in my opinion, lots of black burnt bits from a dirty waffle iron and you can barely read the menu but still 5 stars!
**Update** Went back and got the fried chicken waffle with hashbrowns and there was even more dirty griddle black dust, really affected the flavor. The fried chicken was decent but it needs a hefty waffle to match it...these delicate things just get lost.

A new breakfast experience. Waffles topped with two eggs and choice of bacon or sausage. Seasoned to perfection.

Unfortunately, we fell for the hype around Honeycuspe and really wanted to love it. The presentation was beautiful and definitely Instagram-worthy, but sadly, the food didn’t live up to the look. The waffle itself was so airy, crisp and bland that it barely felt like a waffle—it practically dissolved into a tiny bite with no real flavor or texture. It was dry and lacked the richness or chew you’d expect. Honestly, it didn’t even taste like a proper waffle. The toppings were overwhelming. I had the avocado one, which was far too salty and didn’t complement the waffle at all. It felt like style over substance. We also waited over 50 minutes for our food, which added to the disappointment. Great concept visually, but not worth the wait or the price.

The atmosphere was great, outdoor on a sunny day with games to play. Food was ok for the price. I had the Claire which was soggy. There were 4 of us and all agreed it was ok. The guy taking our order was impatient. I would try the other food trucks though.

I watched a very popular food YouTuber recommend this location in one of their videos and they specifically called out the waffles and the pav potatoes. We ordered the Classic Savory Waffle with Buttermilk fried chicken, the Strawberry-Lemon Compote Waffle with fresh whipped cream, and the Pav Potatoes which if you don't know are thinly layered potato slices formed into a cube, baked and fried, served with ketchup and chives. I think the stand out for me was the fried chicken; it was juicy, crispy, tender, and the portion size was exactly what I would hope for. I do wish they had the option for a gravy because that would've set it over the top for me personally. But regardless, if I were to come back it would be for this fried chicken. That said if you're more of a sweet person, their waffles are PERFECT for the saucy sweet fruity dish that we tried. The waffles are almost like a fluffy crepe, they are so airy and light, and soak up the sweet sauces really well. I definitely think the waffles suit the sweeter dish in my opinion. The only real let down was the potatoes. They felt overcooked, under-seasoned, and I think could benefit from more of a savory note, whether it's butter, or something more umami. It kind of just tasted like plain potato that was a little burnt. Overall a good experience but I was surprised to find that what I thought was their hero dish was a let down, and their mains exceeded my expectations.

We watched food park episodes for Portland Oregon and put this place on our bucket list.
The food lived up to the hype, the waffles were incredibly light and airy. The breakfast version was good but the sweet version was where the waffles shined.
We were really looking forward to the Pav'e potatoes but they were a bit overcooked and peeled apart in layers, still good though.

The park itself was really nice with converted shipping containers acting as a bar, heated seating area and rooftop deck. Nice stage and the bathrooms were super clean.

Would eat at again if we lived closer.

Ordered the savory breakfast waffle, the waffle was good but the eggs were overcooked and the dish didn’t have enough flavor
They only have flimsy plastic forks, not as good as some other carts in the pod and not strong enough for the crunchy waffles

Awesome waffles!! We ordered the Daily special it had a perfectly cooked fried chicken breast smothered in bacon/sausage country gravy on a perfect golden crispy light waffle that held up to the gravy. We also ordered the Strawberry waffle with lemon whipped cream it was delicious.
