HOTLIPS Pizza - Killingsworth

This is the second time pizza was delivered cold. I'm 3 blocks away and delivery is consistently late and cold. I don't mind a bit late but cold is inexcusable.

Such a sad pizza experience. Decided to swing by here as it was an old fav when I was in the neighborhood years ago. Just wanted to grab a slice and realized that it was only takeout window. No indoor dining and it was pouring rain. I asked if they had a lunch special and the employee said yeah we don’t do that anymore. Anywho the sausage mushroom slice I paid $4 for was so so sad. Underbaked and floppy no flavor and just wet. I dot not recommend eating here . There are so may better pizza spots in the city to choose from like pizza j**** ottos, apizza scholls. Pizza thief etc. Sorry hot lips.

Two of us split a takeaway pizza and ate well. Decent quality pizza, classic West Coast doughy goodness. Will order again, and I want to try their house sodas. Outdoor patio seating looked low key.

This is the closest you'll get to a true NY Pizza (thin crust) in the Pacific Northwest; and it is the perfect pizza with balanced spices, real cheese, and they don't skimp on the toppings. We go once a week for the lunch slices and always leave happy. The staff is super nice too, which is a bonus.

Food was great, as usual. Ordered delivery and chose to pay in cash to save them the time of taking my card info. Delivery driver showed up and weirdly sat in his car in front of my house for a long time on his phone while my pizza got cold. I went out there thinking maybe he had fallen asleep since I couldn’t really see what he was doing from in my house. But when I got close I could see he was engrossed in his phone screen. He came out of the car with my pizza and told me it was five dollars more expensive than what I remember the price being. I told him I thought it was 23 not 28 and without looking at any paperwork he said, “oh yeah sorry, 23.”So I guess he is telling me it costs more so he can pocket the difference, knowing I’m paying cash. I suggest that Hotlips tell their delivery drivers that they randomly check in with customers about what they pay in cash. Too bad you need to have measures to prevent theft like this.

Delicious pizza!! Im new to the neighborhood and this is definitely gonna be my go to place. The lady at the counter was super sweet too

I cannot get enough of this place. Whether it be the employees, the pizza, the atmosphere... it is always top notch.I definitely have to name drop some people for going above + beyond every time I go....Bryan, the red haired supervisor, is one of the nicest, silliest and most good-looking supervisors I have ever had the pleasure of having a conversation with. He is newer to the staff but he is by far the best addition this store has had in a long time. He makes a darn good pizza too, holy moooooly. His good looks are a definite plus.The manager Molly, always has a smile on her face and can make anyone else around her smile without even trying. She literally brightens up any room she walks in. She always takes care of the customer and makes sure everyone feels included. She's the best manager EVER. Give her a dang raise.The driver Mark is the quickest most efficient driver I have ever seen. He is so dang sweet and sparks up a conversation with you even though I am just a customer. He cracks some silly joke every time I see him which makes me love him even more. He is an excellent asset to the staff and would be so so sad to ever see him go!Phil the cook/supervisor, is so dang sweet. He always greets me with a smile and asks me how my day and and if we have any plans this weekend and so on and so forth. He actually seems like he genuinely cares... which is unheard of now days in the service industry so thank you Phil. Keep smiling cuz it is contagious :)And everyone else at this store that I have had a chance to talk with have always been extremely pleasant. I just cant remember anyone else's names. Just know I go here for the pizza of course (cuz it is so dang delicious) but mostly I come here for the experience with the staff. I hope this staff stays a while.

What a fantastic experience I had at hotlips killingsworth. Not only was the zaza fresh and authentic, but the customer service was immaculate. A name, beckett, the manager, is one of the best managers I’ve ever met

Exceptional service at Hop Lips Concordia location. Mark really went above and beyond to take care of our family! Pizza was really good but we’ll be back because of mark's amazing customer service and attitude.

I haven't had hot lips in a few years and I had a slice the other day and it was perfect. The crust had the perfect snap to it. I haven't had a slice that good since last time I was in Brooklyn.

Molly at HOTLIPS on Killingworth is amazing! She came in to the restaurant early so that she could have our order ready even before the store opened! Her willingness to go the extra mile and thoughtfulness made our celebration special. The pizza was AMAZING. One employee, who is GF, said it was the BEST GF pizza she has ever had.PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've been eating Hotlips pies for years now, but I've never taken the time to stop and give them their pizza credit that is due. These folks were slinging vegan pies before I even knew what a vegan was.They have always been super creative with their toppings as they were the first pizza place I found in Portland that was pushing the limits for unique toppings like corn, nuts, herbs, broccoli, kale, and squash, along with many other delicious vegetables & non dairy homemade cheese recipes (and I'm a meat eater!)This last trip they fed my family good & everyone was jonesing to get that last slice. The good folks at this Hotlips location in particular went above and beyond with their kindness on both days. We thank you Hotlips ✌️

We ordered 12 pizzas and 10 individual salads for our work event. Molly assisted in taking our order and accommodating our order at an earlier time. She was very responsive and assisted in loading my car with the yummy pizza. Our staff raved about how delicious the pizza was! Their favorite was Artichoke and Garlic Sauce.

Not great parking...only outdoor ordering... slices a Lil thick and small... vegan pizza has broccoli ?.... ranch cup small boy enough for 2 slices

If Hotlips was guilty of having toppings on their pizza, they would be hard to convict.
