Love the rich history behind Huber’s and their commitment to tradition. The turkey dinner and Spanish coffee are worth the hype!

I have visited several times in the last couple years. The service is always great, the bar has a very good mix of class, casual, old school atmosphere and charm! A Portland tradition as the city's oldest restaurant cafe since 1879 The best restaurant turkey dinners I have ever had and the place that invented a famous drink, the Spanish Coffee, super delish. The menu is varied, yummy deserts and affordable drinks. Located in Portland's downtown core, on SW 3rd and Harvey Milk. Highy recomend.

Everything came out hot and well-seasoned.

Drinks were great, but overall we were disappointed. Got there at 5:15 on a Sunday and was told we were at the top of the waiting list. Almost an hour later we went somewhere else. If the wait is an hour, tell your customer the wait could be an hour.

Still excellent service, craftsmanship, food, and their famous drinks: Spanish Coffee, and Shakespeare's (try the Spanish ICED for a next level experience!) Thank you!

If you’re a solo female traveler and are looking to have a meal at Huber’s on a Wednesday night, don’t bother. The kind hostess made it very clear that I was not welcomed by lying to me that there was no space to sit at the bar (there was 6 seats available) and not offering me to wait for a spot. It is really too bad that such a historic establishment has such practices.

Excellent all the way around. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had Spanish coffee, which is one of their signature drinks due to the way it's served. My boyfriend and I shared a meal and it was more than enough for us both. Food was very good. *Almost*as good as my grandmas.
The restaurant is one of the (if not the) oldest restaurants in Portland. It's a neat place. The ceiling is stained glass and is unique.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

Had this one on my want to try list for some time. Finally in PDX so thought we would give it a try. Did not disappoint, the turkey was juicy and the stuffing was flavorful.. and the gravy... Yum! Felt like we were a little under dressed, but I would go back There were other things on their menu I wanted to try. Special shout out to the bartender he was a delight

This is one of my favorite places in Portland. The stained glass in the ceiling is beautiful in the day or night. The owner/manager Jimmy is one of the nicest guys you can meet. If you order anything that has a broth, be sure to get the beer bread soup to sop it up with — yum. It’s wonderful. And yes, the Spanish Coffees are tasty and beautiful to watch, day or night.

Nice old fashioned restaurant, supposedly the oldest in Portland. Their famous for their turkey and ham, so I went for the half and half which was good although not particularly special.
The beer bread is amazing and there's a good selection of drinks.
Service was friendly though a little slow.
