Ice Queen always has the best options and the staff are so welcoming. The flavors are as if they're made of real milk and the choices for toppings are always lovely. And if you don't want to wait you can always get one of the multitude of flavors of popsicles. 100% recommend if you're in the

SO freaking good!! The strawberry switchblade took me back to my childhood and getting the strawberry shortcake from the ice cream man, which was so nostalgic as someone who went dairy free nearly 10 years ago. The oatchata was full of wonderful cozy cinnamon and oat flavor, wow! Can’t wait to go back and try more!

Rolo Tony was so good. Some of the best non dairy soft serve I’ve had. Service was also great!

Soooooooo delicious! I got a cold brew paleta dipped in chocolate which was very yummy (some 10/10 dipping chocolate). It was also nice for my friend who can't have too much dairy-- the soft serve swirl with caramel or strawberry sauce and marzipan was a 10/10 treat for them.Would absolutely recommend checking this place out! The sauces, made in house, were definitely one of my favorite parts. I love some sauce!Dietary restrictions: If you can't have dairy but crave a sweet, icy treat, this place has got you!

Stopped by this appealing shop after dinner during PDX trip. Can't say I've tried vegan ice cream bars before, but my Oatchata bar was enjoyable (I am a sucker for horchata). Not as creamy rich as with dairy, but after all the eating done during the trip, it's good to take it easy on the extra fats.Kid was looking for his usual cookies n cream version, but they had run out, which made him sad and pout, lol.Lady offered to add the cookies topping for him to any bar he chose, what quick thinking and great service! While vegan ice cream can't be as good as the paletas with dairy, this seems like a great treat for those who prefer vegan. I'm guessing the non-dairy would have it's advantage on being more refreshing on a hot day, especially in the fruit flavors.

Yummy! While going to get a popsicle in the middle of fall may be weird to some, it hit the spot for me. I got the sour green apple popsicle with coconut caramel, and it hit the spot. The staff was very polite and friendly. The shop is a bit small, bit there is seating inside and out or you can get walk around the area. There is a park not too far away you can always go to. I will say this is one of those areas where parking is a bit of a chore but not super hard.

First off, this shop is ADORABLE!Not to mention, everything is so clean and organized. The soft serve is amazing, they do collabs periodically and it’s an amazing pairing. Also… you’d never know that this was all vegan!

Yummy place to grab a vegan treat, especially on a hot day (but it's delicious in any weather)! I agree with another reviewer that the thiccflurries are a bit too large for me... tasty, but kind of too much of a good thing. A half size would be cool, but next time I'll just try freezing some of it for later and see how that goes. In any case, the paletas I've tried have all been SO good. I'm happy this place exists.

Nothing out of this world or anything. It is delicious if you're around the area and want a non dairy treat that is unique. Decent selection and good toppings. If i was in the area, i would go there again

Soft serve is ok…tastes a bit artificial. Good section of toppings. Ice pops are probably the better option. Wouldn’t really recommend. Staff were really friendly though.

The Thai Tea paleta was SO FREAKING BOMB. And the Cold Brew Oatchata was the perfect balance of coffee and sweetness. So glad I stumbled upon this place, cannot wait to try everything here ??

ugh. i was so disappointed with this :( ice queen had been on my list for sooo long. i wanted so badly to love this place & support a chicana owned business but sadly the food wasn't it for me :/. i got the s'mores thiccflurry and subbed the graham crackers for oreos. the base was sooooo overly sweet and a very odd sludge/gummy texture. the vanilla flavor wasn't very potent either. just sugary. and i really do love sweet stuff, but it was so sweet. the chocolate shell too kinda just seemed like melted chocolate chips or something- a little too rich and just sweet as well. customer service was nice however- and i would go back to maybe try a paleta. such a bummer, with tip mine was $13.20. i could barely eat any before having to toss it. wasted food and money ‍

I didn't need 16 oz for the flurries, would have preferred option to make a half size. Fun toppings, cute shop! Next time I will try a popsicle
