Why did you guys change the crab puff recipe, I loved the batch I had last month and now they were super small and a different shape and barely any filling and tasted like cream cheese, I loved those crab puffs why did you change the recipe

Called in order for pick up, got there to pick up and our entire order is wrong. Even after confirming our order in person at pick up, they said they may have to substitute rice for noodles. we informed no one will eat noodles. However, they didn't listen, also missing an entire meal.

Great food. Free egg flower soup for dine in. Brown rice is well cooked. Good value. They serve large portions.

I used to get takeout every so often & it was always pretty consistently good- BACK THEN! I came by tonight, to order my usual- Chicken Yakisoba; it wasn’t yet too busy so I anticipated my wait time to be fairly quick. HA. Bec of it not! being very busy… I went up to the girl who had taken my order to check on the timeframe - she said just a bit longer. By then, I’d already been sitting there about 15 minutes. However, I’d seen the other person working with her, placing several orders inside this large heating element - EARLIER! That was the other reason, as for why I went up there & inquired… I remembered- next, that I’d forgotten to ask for my order to be double-bagged; because of the leaking issues I’d had with my food, in the past… so I went back UP there, again, to request that. SO! What do I see happening next, hmmm!? I see a hurriedly whispered convo, between the 2 of them… & THEN! I see the girl who’d taken my order, had told me it’d be awhile still, yet &… Y’know…Yada yada! SNEAKILY TAKING…MY ORDER OUT OF THIS HEATING…THING - & THEN! Tried to SURREPTITIOUSLY Double-bag!… my (NOW-COLD…”heating element”, be damned!) order, & make out like it was… ”OH! THIS JUST READY!! ~ For YOU“ just…all fake-y smile-y. Ughhh.
Well, gotta say- I was pissed!! I rarely lose my temper but I can’t stand liers!! I let her know that I’d seen Everything that had just happened… and then, bec she feigned ignorance & STILL! …claimed it had only been in the heater deal for “just a few minutes” (she knew otherwise- believe me) well…after I got to my car… I turned around and walked back in!! And told her ( her name began with a B… like, Belinda or something) that I’d paid her a 30% tip- for TOTALLY SUBPAR SERVICE!…& that I didn’t appreciate being lied to and she was 100% aware of everything done WRONG! And SO! I wanted my tip money- to her, to be credited back to my card!! lol believe me, this was a FIRST for me!- And! … a new LOW!!
This is too long so I’m quitting… But for the record, on top of the lousy service… the food, sadly, was INEDIBLE! Just Extremely Oily tasting and… AWFUL. Even my Yorkie wouldn’t eat it - and THAT’S! … saying a LOT, right there!

Chow fun was not fun to eat , noodles and chicken are waaaay overcooked. The teriyaki beef was very dry and so was my rice…. What happened to this place?
Itching Teriyaki is me and my husband favorite restaurant food is delicious big plates of salad rice and Teriyaki. My husband loves the soup.

Would not recommend, if you are thinking about eating here for your 1st time - DON'T. Food is the worst teriyaki I've ever had. My husband and I tried the garlic and teriyaki chicken with low mein noodles and everything was dry, and tasted old.

I ordered tonight on Uber. First why does the salad come with no dressing? Why would I want to eat plain lettuce? Second the food was inedible. The orange chicken was so hard and dry you couldn’t even bite through it. The teriyaki chicken was the lowest quality chicken rubbery no flavor. I asked for soy sauce and extra teriyaki I got neither. I will continue to order from Joy Teriyaki. Im guessing all the good reviews are from people who haven’t tried other teriyaki places because this place was awful.
